You'll sip your coffee on the sun deck overlooking the majestic Atlantic. You can play all day in the private pool or take a short 2-minute walk to the beach! In the evenings, rest your bones in the bubbly hot tub after you've enjoyed a charcoal-grilled meal of your favorite fish filets!

This beautifully appointed grand top level has an open floor plan with soaring cathedral ceilings that frame a 180-degree view of the beach directly across the street. The upstairs living area has large bay windows that let in tons of natural light. You won't have any trouble finding everything you need to create culinary masterpieces in the remodeled luxury kitchen. The dining area has a table that seats up to 10 people via a beautiful teal wraparound booth and chairs. The top-level sun deck overlooks the ocean—perfect for creating OBX memories you'll want to recreate year after year.
