Bayou Grande Casita offers a fully remodeled oasis at the end of a cul-de-sac only one block from Bayou Grande, with covered boat parking, large backyard, a detached game room with ping pong, darts, TV, kayaks, bikes, and horseshoes. Enjoy the screened porch for coffee or after-dinner drinks, and the open floor plan for meals and relaxation with a chef's kitchen, including 75" smart TV and additional smart TVs in each bedroom. Ring cameras and floodlights are provided on the exterior only. We spared no expense so you could truly feel at home away from home, including super comfortable beds and sofa. Be our guest in the historic, waterfront community of Navy Point, with three miles of walking paths that weave along the waters' edge with swimming spots, sandy beaches, a public boat ramp, a playground, and where we gather together to watch the Blue Angels practice overhead and dolphin swim. 2 minutes from the Naval Base, 10 minutes to downtown Pensacola, and less than 20 minutes from the beach. Welcome!

Overall design of the house and property is amazing, the house was clean and appliances are top notch, comes with everything you need to cook and also surround sound in the living room. There’s plenty of food around and you’re a short drive away from the beach. Will stay again

We love this place and plan on visiting again. Chad and Katie were so helpful and quick to respond to my messages. They were also very flexible with thei check in and out process. This was thrvperfect stay for our quick weekend getaway!

Great stay at Bayou Grande Casita!

My wife and I enjoyed staying at the Bayou Grande Casita while vacationing in Pensacola. The house is tastefully decorated and we both enjoyed the neighborhood and also having a boat launch less than a block away. Quick access to restaurants and a vibrant downtown. We hope to stay there again soon! Thank you Katie and Chad for being such great hosts, keep up the great work!

Fun kitschy place with comfortable beds and furniture. Loved the washer dryer option. Decent condiment options and plenty if space in the fridge. Great hot water - endless. Quiet neighborhood.

This little house is awesome! Off the beaten path and yet it’s close enough to beaches etc., that you don’t have to travel too far. The location is so private and you don’t even have to try and relax as the house takes care of that. The game room is an added bonus as well. We loved our stay!

Great place to stay!!!!

Neat little place to stay - we took boat 23’ and had no trouble parking it as well as an F150 off the street. Navy Point boat ramp is 1/4 mile away and very convenient with good accommodations and sheltered place to launch boat from. Neighborhood is rich with history and neighbors were friendly. Very close to downtown and some fine eating places and only 10 miles to the beach. Great place to be on vacation, but not in the middle of all the vacation traffic. Home was nicely furnished and had everything we needed to cook dinners and breakfast. Shower is fantastic!!! We would stay here again

We loved this place!

This place was outstanding! It has so much character and charm without sacrificing comfort or convenience. It was clean and well-equipped. Although we didn't have an opportunity to take the kayaks or bikes out for a spin, we did enjoy the game room and the walking trail along the water. We really loved everything about it, and would love to stay here again if we visit Pensacola again.

The house is very cute and in a quiet neighborhood on the water. The house was clean and welcoming. We appreciated the comfortable beds for sure! They had everything there needed! It is only 8 minutes from NAS, which we were visiting my son, so it was perfect! The kitchen was great, we like to get houses so we can cook, especially with my son wanting Moms meals that he hasn’t had. The outdoor game room was fun. It was only 15 minutes to downtown and 30 minutes to Pensacola Beach. I truly appreciated the ease of checking out, some places basically have you do so many things it’s not even worth it to stay, but not here. It was quick and easy.

The stay was great -- comfortable beds and sofa, adequately-stocked kitchen, clean floors, clean air, nice shower, great stove, good location for visiting Fort Barrancas and downtown. The tankless water heater turned off in the middle of a shower on checkout day but started working again after we reset its GFCI circuit. The shower, and the walls above it, need a little extra cleaning attention soon. The quality of the renovation of the house is top-notch, including the lighting and fixtures, and we would visit again.

The shower tile and wall have been thoroughly scrubbed and the outlet went bad so we replaced it as soon as you told us it was a problem. We work diligently to make that house a five star home away from home.

Great Stay!

My husband and I were in town for a week taking care of some business. The house was in a great location for us to get to all of our meetings. It has a great set up and WiFi was very good so we could both work while there. We enjoyed being able to cook some home cooked meals as well as watch some movies at night on the giant TV. Communication with Chad & Katie was top notch! We will stay here again when in town.

So much personality!

We had such a lovely stay at this property! You can really tell how much effort went into this renovation. The art, furniture, and design choices were very unique and gave us ideas for our own place! Throw in the kayaks, ping pong, and bikes and you’re sure to have a great time!

Such a cute place to stay!!

I booked this VRBO for a birthday beach trip. The house was awesome! They did a great job renovating the property, it's so cute and clean! The beds were so comfy!! The game room was a hit with my fiancé and brother. The location was great! Close to the Navy base, as well Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key without the traffic of staying near the tourist areas! Very peaceful place to relax after a beach day! Definitely would love to stay here again!!

Beach cottage

Clean, comfy, quiet, not boring. Cute, artsy beach place. Close to nearby family. Loved kayaking in bayou. Played ping pong in game shed. Didn’t ride bikes, but maybe next time. House well equipped for all we needed. Hosts were quick to answer questions and very welcoming. Cozy and comfy place.

He and I work as a team in everything we do, and remodeling this home has been no exception and such a labor of love. We raised three children and are empty nesters now, ready to balance our time between being Realtors, more renovation projects, and anything to do with water and fishing. We worked hard to make sure our guests left Casita wishing they could stay longer, and we hope you will want to come back again and again.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We hope you will see the value in Bayou Grande Casita from the first step on the property right to the drive away when you head home. We spared no detail in quality of granite, furniture, bedding, television, internet speed, games, and amenities. You have use of bikes, kayaks, ping pong, darts, cards and games, a gas stove, luxury granite island, and fully tiled double head shower. Casita is a block from Bayou Grande and it's three mile walking/ biking path that weaves along the waters' edge, 2 minutes from the Naval Base, 10 minutes to downtown Pensacola, and less than 20 minutes from the beach.
