Bring your kayaks and kids! This is a bright tastefully decorated rancher! Nice crabbing dock for great sunrises. Garage has been converted into a separate living space with a TV and couch, perfect for the teenagers. Located in a quiet neighborhood and in walking distance of restaurants and attractions. All bedrooms on the same level. Gas fire pit. NOW HAS INTERNET AND SMART TV. Please ask about our cancelation policy. 60 day cancellation prior to occupancy date (100% refund minus processing fee, travel insurance and credit card fee's).

This is our third year booking with Harbour Rentals and this is our favorite house so far. If we forgot it the house had it. The location was perfect and the space was welcoming. We are already planning our visit next year.

Awesome house in a great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for us. There is everything you could imagine in there from kitchen supplies, to beach supplies, and all the toys 3 small kids could imagine!! The house didn’t have any internet or many cable channels to choose from but that was actually nice to get away from electronics for the week, just family time. Will definitely stay again!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay overall. Bikes and kayaks were very useful. Beds are comfortable. No ice cube trays. Induction stove was very difficult to use (even though we have induction at home). Front and back decks have some maintenance issues.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, lots of movies available, beautiful view in back from screened in porch. Marsh grasses, water, egrets, & a pier. The only thing mussing was wifi and the induction stove was difficult for us to figure out. We aren’t very “techy” but finally got it. Never did figure out the tv but had so many outdoor adventures that we didnt miss it much.Lovely town and the tour guides were great!

It was okay!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was nice. Location is good! Because it’s close to the water, there was more mosquitoes then normal so outside playing was not tolerable! I had 4 teens with me and they were excited about the “teen” room which was a disappointment! The TV did not work and the s/s was not usable due to uncleanliness beyond my preference!! There is not much room to put your own stuff because they have it well stocked!

Comfortable on the creek

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is comfortable and conveniently located. However, i expected more of a view of the creek, which you can really only see from the upper deck. The path to the water to put in a kayak is muddy and submerged so difficult to put the boat in. There was no wifi, which I was told in advance so I knew. However, I thought the hotspots from each of my family members would work but only mine did so there were a lot of data charges racked up.

Great house, dirty floors

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very nice, lots of options for activities. Did miss the cable for the kids at night to wind done from the day. Movies and DVD's did help. The floors were very dirty, had to wipe the kids feet off every night before bed. Did have an employee come out and clean the floors but it didn't seem to make a difference. Overall, house was nice.

Reviewer Comments: We come to the island every year and this was the worst experience with a home we have had. The home was very dirty. There was dirt everywhere, clothes under the beds and in drawers, personal items throughout. Very cluttered. The walkway to the water was unsafe. None of the doors would shut properly.

We enjoyed the house and Chincoteague & Assateague Islands as was unexpected though that the house had no WiFi. We completely missed that. Please note it in bold or large print in description. We did have to use data ( some quick urgent work matters....and teenagers).
