There’s no better place to relax after a day on the golf course than in one of these three stylish bedrooms. Each bedroom is thoughtfully decorated and features soft, quality linens, a ceiling fan, and a Smart TV with Roku, so you can stream your favorite shows in the privacy of your room before bed.

The spacious master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and a small desk in case you need to get some work done during your stay. The color-changing lights, accent wall, and colorful throw pillows enhance the unique design of this beautiful space. You can enjoy the privacy of the elegant ensuite bathroom. In the morning, open the french doors and step out onto the patio for some fresh air and sunshine to start your day.

The second bedroom is located just down the hall and contains a plush queen-sized bed and a reach-in closet, so you can make yourself at home by unpacking your things. The third bedroom features two cozy queen-sized beds and a small closet to store your belongings. You’ll also find a sofa bed, a rollaway bed, and an air mattress, so your group can spread out and make themselves comfortable.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆

Get ready for your day in one of the bright bathrooms. In each bathroom, you’ll find bath and pool towels and a starter set of toilet paper. The bathrooms are also stocked with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and hair dryers.

The master bedroom’s ensuite bathroom features a double vanity, providing plenty of counter space to prepare for your day. You’ll also find a walk-in shower with a six-spray adjustable handheld showerhead, so you can choose your preferred spray settings. You’ll love the bright blue cabinets and classy gold hardware.
The second bathroom is conveniently located between the second and third bedrooms. Similar to the first bathroom, it has a double vanity, although it also features a shower/tub combination, so you can choose how you want to wash up at the end of the day. Need extra towels? There’s a linen closet just outside the second bathroom, so you never run low.

Just down the hall, you’ll find a laundry room with an oversized washer and dryer and an iron and ironing board, so you won’t have a hard time keeping your clothes fresh and clean for the entirety of your stay. Laundry pods are provided, so no need to bring your own!

This beautiful vacation home features an open concept living space that creates the perfect place to make holiday memories with your family and friends.

The fully stocked kitchen has been recently renovated and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a Samsung french door refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser, a 5-burner gas range, an air fryer convection oven, and a Ninja high-speed blender. Between these and the cookware and utensils provided, you’ll find everything you’ll need to craft a delicious meal during your stay. Don’t worry about bringing salt, pepper, oil, and spices, as you’ll find them all here.

Start your mornings off right with our comprehensive Coffee Bar, which offers a Keurig machine that can brew individual K cups as well as a 12-cup carafe for drip coffee. There’s even a stovetop espresso maker for true coffee lovers, as well as a French Press and a variety of coffee beans, ground coffee, a coffee grinder, and a frother!

For those who don’t enjoy coffee in the morning, a selection of teas is provided for your convenience. You’ll also find a set of paper towels, dish soap, an individually wrapped sponge, dishwasher pods, and trash bags to get you started.

Enjoy all your meals at the minimalist dining table with enough seating for eight while the gas fireplace and turntable create a memorable and relaxing atmosphere. The newly renovated mid-century modern lounge is located just a few steps away and features plenty of comfortable seating. Sit back and watch a show on the 65” Samsung Smart TV or play shuffleboard and board games with your group while music from the Victrola turntable fills the air.

Step out into the garage to discover even more amazing games for your group! Sing the night away with the Karaoke machine or put a movie on the 55” Smart Roku TV while playing billiards, foosball, or basketball! This space has something for everyone.

The quiet patio provides the ultimate relaxation space, with a brand new heated saltwater pool lined with sparkling PebbleTec and a jetted spa tub. Enjoy the California sunshine while lounging on the large tanning shelf and admire the waterfall spillway.

Catch some rays on the four lounge chairs next to the private pool by day, and enjoy your favorite cocktail next to the natural gas fire pit by night. There are plenty of games for the kids to enjoy, including Jumbo Jenga and bean bag toss. Or, challenge someone to a friendly game of ping pong. There’s plenty of room for the whole group in this open space.

Use the 80-quart cooler to keep all your favorite drinks cold while you grill up a delicious meal on the gas BBQ. Enjoy your meal on the outdoor dining table and keep cool with the remote-controlled patio ceiling fan. The fire pit is surrounded by Adirondack chairs and is perfect for roasting marshmallows to finish off your day.

Free parking is available in the driveway for 2 cars and street parking is also available.

Please keep in mind this is the California Desert. It can get windy in the evenings, please keep doors and windows closed to prevent dust from entering the house. There is a blower kept in the garage for your use if the backyard gets too dusty during your stay.

We allow dogs and require a pet fee of $100 per pet. Max 1 pet. No other animals other than dogs.

As a guest, you can enjoy access to the entire home and all its amenities, including the heated pool and hot tub, the ping pong table, the game room, high-speed internet, and multiple Smart TVs. Please note that you will need to use your own account to watch Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. There is a locked closet in the master bedroom that is not accessible to guests.
You can enjoy self-check-in, courtesy of the smart lock.

Other things to note

There is an additional charge to heat the pool and spa if needed. $35/day for the spa or $75/day to heat both.
