Stylish, Fully Renovated Lakefront Home on East Lake Okoboji with Private Dock!

Beautiful, fully renovated East Lake Okoboji lake house. Sleeps 10-12 (one king bed, two queen beds, pullout couch with queen bed, bunk bed with two full beds plus twin trundle). Property has three bedrooms plus bunk room attached to Master. All new furnishings in 2022.

Property is family owned/managed with private dock. Enjoy beautiful lake views from the large deck with outdoor sectional, table for six and a new large pellet grill. Additional outdoor space can be found on the lakeside paver patio with fire pit.
(Guests to provide their own firewood and ensure fire is fully extinguished each night).

Off-street / driveway parking accommodates 3 vehicles.

Great Place

Really enjoyed our stay! House was equipped with everything needed to make our family comfortable during our stay. The private dock was great for first time fish catches, morning coffee, easy access boat rides, etc… If we plan another vacation to the Okoboji area we will book this home again.

Great weekend getaway

This is a wonderful property for multiple families to gather for a weekend water park getaway! We had three couples and 6 kids and there was plenty of room. The owners are very accommodating!! We would definitely stay again.

Perfect family stay

We stayed here with another family- 4 adults and 4 children under the age of 7. We had a wonderful time! Plenty of room, very well equipped house and beautiful spaces to enjoy our time together and the lake. The hosts were extremely helpful and pleasant. We would definitely rent again.

Comfortable, easily accessible, and beautiful decor!

The owners have done a great job furnishing and decorating this property. We had 8 adults and two children, and really never felt crowded in the space. Walking distance to the pool, indoor water park and restaurants was super convenient. Boji is the place to be!

This home was PERFECT! Although they have only been renting for a few months this house was so well equipt and ready to host families we thought they had done it for years. Felt like home! We will return, thank you!!!!

Wonderful place!!

Loved our stay! Quiet area with convenience to everything we wanted to see. Extra bonus to have a boat dock and close access to boating ramp. Loved the shaded patio in the morning and the evening. Very clean! Perfect fit for us! Thanks for allowing us to stay! We'll be back!

Great house

This was a great house for a family vacation! Plenty of room for everyone to relax and the kids to play. The backyard was perfect for our kids to run around, and the pool was very close and convenient. The water park that is included was a blast for kids and adults. There was a minor cleaning issue, but the owners were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Spirit Lake

Beautiful property right on a quiet part of the lake. Great kitchen, plenty of linens. Had to spend two days indoors due to constant rain, but house had plenty of space for games and conversation. Just a nice peaceful place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our family.

Celebrating my son's wedding!

Our stay couldn't have been more perfect! The location was fantastic with amazing views! The house literally had everything we needed! It is so well done and the upper deck and lower screened in porch were outstanding. We will absolutely be returning to stay again. The hosts were great to work with! Thank you for the memories!

Perfect

The house was very well appointed (kitchen, baths, bedrooms, living area, patios) but completely comfortable, as though we were at home. Parking is more than sufficient. Views were spectacular. The dock was sturdy and safe. You can swim of the shore and the dock. The kids loved the hammock and the fire pit.

A fantastic summer getaway, will make this an annual visit!

This house is beautifully renovated and the perfect place for 2-3 families to stay comfortably! There was plenty of space for our families and children. The house is fully stocked with everything that you need (soft towels for the bathrooms and lake, kitchen tools, and comfortable beds!). The location is perfect as it is located on a quiet part of the lake where we were able to water ski and tube without too much boat traffic. The owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions that we had. I highly recommend this property in Okoboji. We liked it so much that we will return every summer to stay at this house. All around, it was fantastic!

Very, Very Nice!!

We booked a long weekend with our kids and grandkids. It was perfect. It is a beautiful, well kept home and had plenty of room for all of us. It had everything we would have needed. Kitchen is well stocked and loved the pantry to keep our things in too. It felt like home. Great location - close to the water park and restaurants. My grandkids loved the pool right out the back door!! I would highly recommend this to family and friends. Thanks for sharing your home. We had a great time!!

Beautiful place. Comfortable and plenty of room for the 6 of us.

My family had an excellent time. Place was clean and had everything we would of ever needed. The reservation and payment process was a very easy process. We were walking distance from the water park, and restaurants. Short drive to Arnold's park area. The pool in the backyard was small but my two 3 year olds loved it. We hope to stay in this place again next year. It will be nice when all of the construction in the area is finished. Backyard was pretty muddy, unable to really play in the grass due to all the mud. I give this place 5 stars..

Nice home

This is a beautiful home! Everything was clean, the beds were very comfortable! The ice machine in the fridge did not work which was a bit inconvenient and it was very difficult to adjust the temperature in the house. The basement was always very cold which is not a problem if it were just adults sleeping down there but we had young grandchildren sleeping down there which was very cold for them. We tried adjusting the air but then the upstairs got very warm, damp.

Beautiful home

We stayed here with our kids and grandkids. The house is beautiful and suited our needs very well. My husband and I loved the master bedroom with the king size bed, our own bathroom and walk-in closet. The rest of the family slept in the 3 bedrooms downstairs. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials, spacious pantry, plenty of towels and extra bedding for the pullout couch. The only downside for us was that construction of other homes and landscaping around the house was still going on, but that will soon be over. We had beautiful weather so spent our days on the pontoon on the lake or at the water park at the resort. We did use the big pool in the backyard one night, but fine black dust had settled in the pool as well. Didn't think it was any worse than swimming in the lake, so went for it. Also went to the Arnolds Park Amusement Park. Unique, fun place. The boys loved the Pirate's Cove minigolf.

Extremely dirty house

We were extremely disappointed with this home. We have successfully rented several properties via Home Away and this was an absolute nightmare. The house was not even cleaned prior to our arrival, and smelled like a sewer. The cleaners finally arrived and delayed our check in by more than 4 hours. We were forced to eat dinner out that evening due to not having access to the property. The linens were stained including holes in the towels. The owner also promised a full refund on our cleaning fee, but retracted the promise because they said we didn't text the cleaners when we left even before the checkout time! There are several properties in this complex that you could rent instead of this one.

Perfect for a family vacation

The house was perfect for our family. we traveled with our three sons (ages 24, 22, and 16) and our oldest son’s girlfriend. It’s clean and has all the amenities of home. The location is amazing. It is in a nice, quiet area with not a lot of boat traffic on the lake. Perfect for fishing off the dock and having a private bonfire. Yet, close enough for a short drive to restaurants & entertainment. We plan on returning and would love to stay here again!

great time

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property for 5 days. The property was just as it was described. We had 8 adults and 4 young children and it accommodated us fine. Our only disappointment was that we were supposed to have 6 free waterpark passes included each day but the waterpark was closed due to staffing problems. We were disappointed this happened the day before we arrived but nothing could be done. The owners did offer to refund the cleaning fee which I assume will appear on my credit card soon. Overall we would consider using this property again.
