Notre condo comprend 1 chambre principale avec un lit king-size, une télévision, une vue sur le lac, l'accès à notre grand balcon et une salle de bain privée avec un dressing. La chambre n ° 2 comprend un lit king-size, un placard et une vue sur le lac. La chambre n ° 3 comprend 2 lits doubles. Notre condo peut accueillir confortablement 8 avec l'option de 10 avec un canapé-lit queen size. Notre cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine dont vous pourriez avoir besoin et notre barbecue Weber est facile à utiliser et à déguster sur le balcon. Télévision par câble et wi-fi sont inclus. Bracco's (le restaurant de Bridges Bay) est à distance de marche et est un excellent endroit pour manger, boire un verre et profiter de la vue sur le lac.

Clean, secure, spacious, scenic

For a family of six, with teenage and adult kids, this was an ideal respite from our busy lives. We used the water park just once but since we were located close to everything, we kept busy with easy access to everything Okoboji has to offer. We are planning a return trip already.

This is a lovely property with a gorgeous view. We had never stayed at a place that required us to do as much before leaving: wash the towels, strip beds, run dishwasher, take out trash— and there were no extra trash bags which made that chore much more difficult. The can opener which we needed was cheap and barely usable. We were provided one towel each and instructed not to use any others. Those issues made it a less welcoming place than it could have been.

Relaxing Getaway

We had an amazing time at this property! We had full access to everything at Bridges Bay, but were able to stay in a more quiet area of the property! It was a great home, with comfy beds, and all the things we needed for a great stay.

Weekend Getaway

Was exactly what we needed. Spent lots of time on the deck enjoying the lake view. Wonderful place to stay!! Very clean, convenient, and loved the basement parking also!

FAMILY 40TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

The condo was wonderful! The resort itself was disappointing. The outdoor pools were closed during our stay except the last day it opened for a brief time, which was a great time. We had gorgeous weather so it would’ve been nice to be able to use every day., especially the swim up bar for our group. There is also no walking path for morning walkers/runners around the resort, which would be a great addition in the future for this resort The two restaurants, BRACCO’s and The Waterfront had great service and excellent food. This resort is pretty close to all the area shops and attractions, although you will still have to drive to get to these locations. I’m not sure we will be back though with all of the last minute changes our group had to do every day since pools were not available.

Amazing lakeview property!

This condo has a spectacular view of the lake as well as a spacious deck with plenty of chairs for a group. We loved that there were no bunk beds and a private parking space in the garage.

Awesome place and view!!

We had a great time staying here this past weekend. We had 6 adults and two kids and had plenty of space. Loved the lake view from the deck. Also loved that it was so close to the water park which the kids loved. We will definitely be back.

My husband, Abe, and I decided to purchase this condo with our friends, Randy & Pam, after falling in love with Lake Okoboji. We all love the time we spend in Okoboji and wanted a beautiful place to appreciate and enjoy while there. We all live in Southwestern Iowa. Randy is a farmer and Abe owns his own Agriculture business. Pam is a popular elementary school teacher and I am a social worker at a nursing home. We are all busy people, that's why we like being able to get away and relax in Okoboji.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

To us, Okoboji means fun and relaxation with family and friends. We have all traveled to Lake Okoboji for years, with the exception of Abe who fell in love with the area the first time he experienced it in 2010. Our condo is the perfect place to spend time with your family and friends and enjoy the beauty of the lake, but also the local entertainment whether that is riding bikes on the trails, shopping at the Barn Swallow, playing games and riding the Ferris Wheel at Arnolds Park, or just cruising around the lake.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our favorite part of our condo is the gorgeous view of the lake. We love spending time on the balcony/deck eating, drinking, and visiting with family and friends. It is a large space to be enjoyed with family and friends.
