Our short-term luxury rental, nicknamed the Fieldhouse, is located in the heart of Arnolds Park and Okoboji! Our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home sleeps up to 4-6 comfortably! Our home is ideal for those couples looking for an adult only getaway, or for those family friendly trips with adults and kids!

If you are visiting the Lake Okoboji area with a larger group or multiple related parties, check out our adjoining unit, nicknamed the Boathouse! The BPO Boathouse (sleeps 11-12) is completely updated and boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, full size kitchen, and an outdoor living space.

The Fieldhouse is a completely remodeled home offering many perks including views of Minnewashta Lake and an outdoor green space. The Fieldhouse is steps away from West Lake (1 min), City Park with Basketball Court (less than 1 min), Arnolds Park (2-3 min), Broadway Ave (Captain's, Axe Bar, Side Door, Nautical, Portside, Smokin Jake's, Lost Gar & Paddlefish, etc. less than 1 min), Central Emporium (3-4 min) and several options for shopping, eating and entertainment. You will not find a better home in a better location!

This home has been updated from floor to ceiling! The home features:
-1 bedroom with a queen bed
-1 bedroom with 2 double beds (bunk style) and TV's
-Front entry with storage and coat hooks
-Living room with oversized couch and TV
-Single line kitchen with full size ss appliances including a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher.
-Full size bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo and washer/dryer.

If you can pry yourself out of this beautiful home you will experience a back yard area with views of Minnewashta Lake. You can take in the views while lounging by the firepit or on the patio, sitting at the picnic table, or grilling dinner with our propane grill. Plenty of green space for yard games!

If you decide to get closer to the action of Broadway Street and Arnolds Park you can enjoy your time soaking up the sun while drinking coffee in the morning, relaxing with a drink or just listening to the bands/music and enjoying the fireworks from Arnolds Park every weekend!

Came up for our annual trip to Winter Games. The house was extremely clean, had everything we needed and you just can’t beat the location. Can walk to so much!

Perfect place to stay at Okoboji

Perfect place to stay for our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids under 10). Great location, very clean, easy in and out, all the essential amenities. Can’t go wrong!! We will definitely stay again.

Great and clean updated space.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location is amazing. The space is small, but is newly renovated, fully stocked, organized efficiently, and the bonus outdoor space was wonderful. We ate all meals outside and our kids loved it! Also very responsive and helpful host. We will return!

Family Reunion Weekend

This house was in the perfect location, close to the restaurants and bars. The amusement park and emporium were close by too. The house was very clean and accommodating and had a nice backyard patio area. The owner was great to work with. We will definitely stay here again!

Great stay! Will book again!

I stayed with 3 buddies for a golf weekend and it was a great rental for us being just the right size, very clean and super convenient location. We could walk just a block or two and be at all the restaurants. Will definitely stay here again when I visit with my wife/kids in the future. Hosts were responsive/helpful and whole process was flawless and smooth.

Loved it!

I was a little nervous the space would be too small for our family (2 adults, 4 kids ages 2-11), but it was perfect! The updates are fabulous & the space is so well utilized. The bunk room was a huge hit with the kids. Being close to a park was also a big perk. We were close enough to Arnold’s park to do morning & evening walks with the kids. Owners are easy to work with and very responsive. We loved our stay here & will be back!

My sister and I stayed for three nights and had a wonderful time. Very nice little house with everything we needed. We loved the fact we could walk to all the entertainment and nightlife in Arnolds Park! We will definitely book this property again in the future!!

What a gem!

This location cannot be beaten when you visit the lake without a boat. A block away from bars, restaurants, the Arnold's Park Boardwalk, and beach!

Great place to have a great time

House was extremely nice and very comfortably for me and my family. It is so nice having a place to come back to that feels like a home compared to a hotel room. Walking distance to multiple parks, beaches and Arnold's Park. Great host and no issues at all!

The best house in Okoboji!!!!

We rented this house and the adjoining house for my bachelorette party and it couldn’t have been a better house!! We all commented on how everything was done so perfect! There was every appliance and utensil we needed, everything was stocked so well, and when we had a very small issue - they immediately addressed it and were so nice about it! And the location is insane! So close to downtown and Arnold’s Park! 10/10 house, 10/10 hosts! We will hopefully be back very soon!

Family Vacation

These are conveniently located to within walking distance to Arnold’s Park, Oak Hill Marina and beach areas. We rented both properties and it was plenty of space for our whole family. We had an issue with some tvs not working and the owners responded quickly to help with a fix. We would absolutely come back to these properties!

Best of Everything

Stayed at Mark's property for a family vaca with our 2 teens. Modernly updated, very clean, all the amenities - they thought of everything to make it feel even better than home! LOCATION is amazing - within very close walking distance to Arnold's park and Broadway with all of the shopping and fun restaurants! Short drive to boating and other fun!! Great contact with the host before our stay and quick response when we had a question during our stay too. WILL be staying there again!! Thanks, Mark!!

Best location! 3-8 min walk to restaurants, Arnold’s Park, outdoor concert, shops Modern - hardwood floors, clean & modern bathroom. Bathroom - modern & clean. Washer/dryer in bathroom. Plenty of towels provided. Beds - comfortable & clean. Our kids love the bunk beds (double bed over double bed). Kitchen - modern stove, dishwasher, fridge. Well equipped with pots/pans/dishes/glassware/silverware. Patio - picnic table, chairs, grill, outdoor decorative lighting. Excellent organized & responsive host. 10/10! We’ve stayed multiple years & highly recommend it!
