With only minutes to downtown Gatlinburg, you can drive in your car or venture out in the trolley to take the sights in. We strongly recommend that you arrive in a car as it will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful Smoky Mountains area. As you already know, we offer a free parking spot.

Having offline Maps (process mentioned in the "Other Things to Note" category) will quickly drive around the area without getting lost.

To do this, it's easy:

1. Open the Maps app and log in.

2. Search for Pigeon Forge. Zoom in/out, so the map contains everything from Gatlinburg on the bottom to Sevierville on the top. Don't be afraid to zoom out because it'll get everything in between.

3. On iPhone: Tap the name, tap More..., and select "Download Offline Map > Download."
On Android: Tap the name, select Download, and click Download

ANY dogs brought without permission or that breaks any of these rules will result in a fee and dog/guests may be asked to leave the premises without refund
No shoes inside the home. No unauthorized guests allowed on the property.

This property requires a $250 security deposit hold. It will be collected separately by the property 2 days prior to check in.
Guests are required to sign Rental Agreement.
