Friendly, accommodating, great location

Hosts were very friendly and accommodating to our 4 dogs. Plenty of space for all of us. The location was great to travel to Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge. Nestled on top of a mountain and if you wanted a possibility to see a bear it's a great spot.

Something for Everyone

Three generations from two states met during Spring Break to explore the Great Smoky National Park. While the weather could have been better, we still managed to get out to explore some of the shorter trails, close waterfalls, Kuwohi, and the Visitor Center. Meanwhile, the VRBO was a great refuge for all of us, offering a great spot to relax and enjoy playing games together. We enjoyed having a well-stocked kitchen and a dining table large enough for us to dine together. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was also much-appreciated. There were minor issues that we discovered and will share privately with the owners. The owners are excellent hosts and we would absolutely recommend renting from them.

Beautiful Home!

We had a great time staying at Rustic Dreamscape! The home was very clean and check in was about as easy as it gets! The hosts were amazing, very responsive and happy to answer any questions in a very timely manor! I would definitely reccomend this property to anyone looking for a getaway in Gatlinburg!

Spring break

We stayed at this property for spring break 2024 with my sister and her family. The cabin had adequate space to sleep 8 kids on the double bunk beds. And the two other bedrooms were comfortable spacious. We enjoyed the views each day driving up and down the mountain. The large kitchen island was very helpful in preparing meals each day. Our stay was lovely and memorable.

Birthday Weekend for our Son

Our son chose this cabin to celebrate his 11th birthday. We loved the cabin! The layout was perfect for our family of four plus a set of grandparents. The game room is great and the cabin was the most well stocked cabin we have ever visited. We appreciate you all letting us stay!

Clean and spacious!

This cabin was exactly what my family and I needed to rest and recharge over the holiday break! Absolutely loved every part of the trip! I found the location to be great for our family, far enough from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge to get out of the busy, hectic traffic, but close enough to enjoy the cities when we chose! The manager was also great with communication! Definitely a repeat cabin for us!

Fantastic Mountain Lodge!

The property was immaculate. Well appointed kitchen, family fun game room and beautiful mountain view’s. The owners were very responsive and available questions throughout our stay. It’s a quick drive to Gatlinburg and has many great options for hikes right down the road. Highly recommended for families! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful open home

The place was amazing for our mixed family of adults and children. Plenty of privacy but plenty of open space for time together. The game room was a huge hit as was the kids room. The decks were gorgeous with lovely views. They have everything and anything you would need at the canon. Highly recommend.

Perfect Cabin

I’ve been coming to Gatlinburg annually for 30 years and this cabin was like no other!! The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly imagine. The downstairs shower was amazing! The beds were comfortable! It’s a beautiful cabin! The owners were so easy to communicate with also. It was perfect!!!!

Rustic dream!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cabin is well appointed, clean, cozy, beautifully decorated and was the perfect home away from home. The location was ideal as it provided privacy and great views while still being close to everything on our agenda. We loved the cabin so much we’re already planning our next visit! Josh and Cara were attentive, proactively checking in to make sure our stay met our expectations. Definitely recommend Rustic Dreamscapes!

Perfect location and had everything we needed

This property is about 1.5 miles up from the main road and has beautiful views of the Smokey’s! The house is beautifully decorated and has a well appointed kitchen. The house was clean when we arrived. On the last morning we had 4 friendly bears wonder right up to the house which was really cool to see! Highly recommend this house and location!

Fabulous

This cabin is fabulous. The hills getting there are pretty windy and narrow but the cabin has flat parking for several vehicles. The game room is a lot of fun for after supper or a rainy day. There were TVs in every room, which is very important to me. I will definitely stay again.

Awesome Christmas Trip

We recently stayed here over Christmas and had an amazing time! The cabin was exactly as advertised and spotless throughout. Check-in was a breeze and the recommended restaurants were great. The entire county lost power after a severe wind/snow storm and Cara and Josh were so helpful throughout...checking in with security & the county to figure out what was going on and stayed in touch the entire time. Amazing hosts!! We will absolutely be staying here again next year!

Cabin in the woods

This cabin is everything that you would expect and more. The inside is absolutely stunning and very clean. The managers check to make sure your check in was successful. We did get to see bears from the porch too! Definitely a 5 star property and would most definitely stay here again. The only thing i would suggest is to have brighter lights above the mirrors in the bathrooms. The amber lights made it a little hard to see while getting ready, but thats it everything else was perfect!

Rustic Dreamscapes is located in our most favorite mountain spot, Gatlinburg TN. Josh and I met over 18 years ago while attending East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. We have been married for over 15 years and we enjoy our beautiful life with our three beautiful kids. Josh and I have been traveling to Gatlinburg for many years for holidays and birthdays and had always dreamed of owning a place there. We made that dream come true in 2020 when we purchase not one, but two cabins right next to each other in the community of Cobbly Nob. When you rent with us, you get personalized and prompt service from us because we manage the property ourselves. We are proud to self manage and we feel that it provides a better vacation for our guests. We both have a lot of experience traveling for work and we expect a 5-STAR experience during our travels. Because of our travel experience, we feel we can provide a 5-STAR experience for our guests with added amenities and ability to communicate with us directly. Rustic Dreamscapes is a unique cabin that combines a lot of unique features and beautiful decor all into one beautiful 3 bedroom cabin. The cabin is located in the Village of Cobbly Nob in Gatliburg, TN which is located about 12 miles outside of downtown Gatlinburg which makes it close but just far enough away to enjoy a quiet vacation. The Village of Cobbly Nob also has 24 hour on site security guards if any needs arise.
