Located on a beautiful wooded lot in charming Farmington Hills this unique property offers comfortable space for your group to enjoy. This apartment is brand new and offers new modern kitchen, new bathrooms and three large bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is a master suite with a king bed. Other two bedrooms offer queen beds. Landry in-unit. Free parking and beautiful views for a relaxing time with friends and family!

Coco and the team were extremely helpful. The place was very nice, open, bright and safe . If you’re ever in the Farmington Hills area, I would unequivocally recommend staying here!

Wonderful experience

This was perfect accommodations for an away football game in Ann Arbor for this Texas group. Great location, very clean and brand new finish out. 5 star stay!

Excellent wedding stay

The unit was very clean, newly remodeled, techies would love it as well as Formula 1 fans. Modern conveniences. Nice AC. Kitchen, shower bathroom, iron, hairdryer, combo locked door, quiet neighborhood, micro, oven, colored lights, used several steps to get to our unit, others at ground level. Refrigerator, freezer, ice. Space for hanging clothes, excellent, comfy bed. It was really a lovely stay and we would return again. Great customer support.

When we arrived, we were immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the place. I was so thrilled that the place has no carpets, which is a requirement I must have due to allergies. There were enough cleaning supplies and toiletries to get thru 3 nights for a party of 5. I forgot a part of my laptop charger, and the host Coco, graciously agreed to mail it back at no cost to me. I enthusiastically recommend this place and plan on going back in June 2025 for another wedding. Thanks Coco et al.

I booked this property in January for a family wedding in June. What we liked was that it was a three bedroom, 2-1/2 bath, two story unit. When we arrived we were sent to a different unit - in the same building (it was a two-unit building). This property was three bedroom, two bath, one story. That half bath was important for when everyone was showering and getting ready in the morning. The second story was important for early risers vs late sleepers. We were not provded with access information until the morning we were to arrive. It was a long email and mentioned an upgrade - NOT a different unit - so because we were hurrying to leave (we were traveling several hours) it wasn’t something I questioned. I’ve never NOT gotten the space I reserved so that didn’t even occur to me. I thought maybe more towels, a fruit basket - I didn’t even give it much thought. And being sent to a unit with less space and amenties than you booked is in no way an upgrade. If you don’t mind the whole bait and switch scenario then maybe this wouldn’t bother you. However, the unit we were sent to also had some safety issues (unsafe stairs into the unit; unsafe shower area in the guest bath). The host apparently doesn’t feel it’s important to communicate important information clearly. All in all a very disappointing experience. There are other options in the area. I would steer clear of this one.

While it did not include the additional half bath or two-story layout of the original reservation, it featured higher-end finishes, upgraded furnishings, larger living spaces, and a more premium overall design. Our intention was to enhance your stay, not to provide a lesser accommodation. We understand that the specific layout you originally selected was important for your family’s needs, especially during a busy wedding weekend. We also acknowledge that our communication regarding the upgrade could have been clearer before your arrival, and we apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
