This property was great for our extended family gathering. The floor plan was perfect for us with 12 adults, and it was wheelchair accessible which worked well for family members with mobility issues. The house, pool and hot tub were lovely and very clean, and Charmaine was friendly and quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

The house has a good set-up because on one side of the house are 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom upstairs and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom downstairs. Then there is a massive game room/kitchen/diningroom, living room in the middle, then the other side of the house has a bedroom with an ensuite which also opens up to the main area. Finally, there is the primary suite and primary bath which is really nice. The entire house has been nicely updated and there are nice touches to help make your stay welcoming. There is plenty of seating space both indoors and out, we made us of the kayak, the pool and the spa. However, if you go in the cooler months, note that there is an extra cost to heat the pool which we weren't aware of. Fortunately, it was still warm enough for kids to enjoy because they aren't as picky, but it was a bit too cool for us adults. We did, however, make use of the spa (hot tub) each evening. There were plenty of towels, linens, dishes and also games, books, etc. for us to enjoy. The pool table, Golden tee game and arcade games were a hit as well! The house is located on a cove, so it is quiet and we walked the neighborhood which was nice too.

The most perfect lake house on Lake Conroe. Every bedroom in the house has amazingly comfortable beds! The chef's kitchen has every item you need to cook just about anything you can think of. The pool table, digital golf and 80's arcade console made it easy and fun to entertain both young and old. The covered outdoor eatting area with professional grill and TV made barbecue grilling easy and very enjoyable! The pool and spa are a lot bigger in person than the pictures showed. And the cherry ontop was the boat dock. We were able to bring our ski boat and the private boat ramp and trailer parking made everything so easy. Charmain has thought of everything! She was always available to help us and made sure we had everything we needed to make our 4th of July family reunion special and memorable! Thank you Charmain! Your attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We hope to stay here again next time the family gets together.

This house has it ALL!! We were all so impressed with the amenities. The house is located at the perfect spot in the canal for fishing, swimming and even to get our wakeboard boat docked without any trouble. The pool and hot tub are so clean and relaxing. The bedrooms are on the small side, but nobody in our group spent any time in their bedroom (except to sleep). The owners have put so much attention and pride into the remodel of this home. There was something for everyone to appreciate and enjoy. Thank you so much for accommodating our group this weekend. The owner is very responsive and made adjustments just for our group without hesitation. I'd book here over and over again. Don't miss out on this great property!!!!

Beautiful Lake Conroe getaway

Between the paddle boards, kayaks, pool table, and arcade games, there was plenty to keep everyone busy having a great time! The expansive deck was perfect and we could swim right off the dock. Indoors, the beds were super comfortable and the home is decorated beautifully. Absolutely fantastic stay!

Great place

We had a great time at this awesome house. Plenty of room for my family of 16 with so much to do. Everyone loved swimming in the lake, fishing, and feeding the ducks. The games inside the house definitely entertained everyone when we weren’t in the lake. The host was extremely helpful and always handy to answer our questions. We are already planning on returning next year.

The customer support was excellent - our questions were answered promptly. We will definitely be back.
