Located on the lake in a no-wake zone perfect for swimming & fishing PLUS all-inclusive complimentary water toys including kayaks, paddle board & more for all the lake or pool fun you desire with friends and family.

Over 70 feet of lakefront shoreline for guests to enjoy! 30 ft dock to accommodate any size boat. 3-person kayak, paddleboard and more are complimentary for guests. New pool spa cool deck surrounded by expansive lush and partly shaded grounds for enjoying outdoor games including cornhole, jumbo connect 4, and more. 1200 square foot upper outside deck with ample seating for relaxing or tanning. Two spacious covered areas for dining, cooking, relaxing without the worry of bugs due to bug misting system both levels. This house has it ALL!! We were all so impressed with the amenities. The house is located at the perfect spot in the canal for fishing, swimming and even to get our wakeboard boat docked without any trouble. The pool and hot tub are so clean and relaxing. The bedrooms are on the small side, but nobody in our group spent any time in their bedroom (except to sleep). The owners have put so much attention and pride into the remodel of this home. There was something for everyone to appreciate and enjoy. Thank you so much for accommodating our group this weekend. The owner is very responsive and made adjustments just for our group without hesitation. I'd book here over and over again. Don't miss out on this great property!!!!

Beautiful Lake Conroe getaway

Between the paddle boards, kayaks, pool table, and arcade games, there was plenty to keep everyone busy having a great time! The expansive deck was perfect and we could swim right off the dock. Indoors, the beds were super comfortable and the home is decorated beautifully. Absolutely fantastic stay!

Outstanding home on the lake

Our large family had the best time during our stay at this property. It was exactly as advertised with many extra perks. The pool/spa is beautiful and relaxing. The indoor games, kayaks, and outdoor games offer so much entertainment. It’s a wonderful place for family gatherings, with plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable! We absolutely loved this little piece of tranquility at the lake!

Great stay and would highly recommend.

Beautiful house on the water with a ton of activities for entertainment. Charmain was an excellent host who didn’t skip on any details to please her guests. She was always available to answer any questions and responded immediately. Only regret is we didn’t get to stay longer.

Great Escape

Our family had a great experience! The amenities were exactly as advertised and the guide book was helpful. We really enjoyed the board games, video games, and card games. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. There's plenty of room inside and the rear deck runs the entire length of the house! The customer support was excellent - our questions were answered promptly. We will definitely be back.

Great place

We had a great time at this awesome house. Plenty of room for my family of 16 with so much to do. Everyone loved swimming in the lake, fishing, and feeding the ducks. The games inside the house definitely entertained everyone when we weren’t in the lake. The host was extremely helpful and always handy to answer our questions. We are already planning on returning next year.

Great House for a Family Thanksgiving Gathering

My brothers and sister and I along with our extended families were looking for a house that could accommodate us over Thanksgiving week and boy did we hit the jackpot. What a terrific home…huge family area with lots of activities (video games, pool, golf simulator, poker table). Plenty of sleeping space. Host was fantastic…great communicator. In short we just could not be happier with our time there.

We will definitely book again!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property on Lake Conroe. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The best part was the private boat dock, where we could park our boat and enjoy the lake anytime we wanted. We had so much fun fishing, swimming, and cruising around the lake. The host was very friendly and helpful and gave us some great tips on where to go and what to do in the area. We would definitely book this property again for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation on Lake Conroe.

This was our second time staying here. There were 9 adults and 6 kids. And as always it was great. The new pool and spa was amazing. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the lake and the pool. We even caught some fish while we were there. The games inside kept everyone entertained if we weren’t outside. We definitely will be going back next year.

An amazing home to gather the extended family!

We loved this property. The home is beautiful, the amenities exceptional, and the host is fantastic. We stayed over Thanksgiving week. Some of the time, we were a small group, and some of the time, we were joined by extended family. The home was perfect regardless of how many. We enjoyed the heated pool, the hot tub, the pool table, the arcade table, and the golden tee. The view was beautiful if you just wanted to sit outside to enjoy nature. We also walked to the playground to let the kids run around. No one was ever bored because there was always something to do.

Amazing property and host

From check in to check out (which was seamless), the location, the property, the beautiful view, and the nearby pool, my group thoroughly enjoyed our whole stay. The host was easy to reach and very helpful. The large outdoor patio, beautiful and stocked kitchen, and game room are the places we spent the most time. The rooms and bathrooms were beautifully decorated. We visited the Wave restaurant and pool and enjoyed the accessibility and option of visiting this pool or the community pool or even taking a dip in the lake. Thank you for letting us use your space to creat more memories!

Fun 4th of July with the whole family

Charmaine’s house is spectacular! It is very clean and well appointed. When we weren’t all outside on the back porch or on the water, we were inside playing pool and golden tee. All 12 of us enjoyed our stay and we all had a bed. The house has been beautifully updated. The port a cool on the back porch allowed us all to enjoy being outside even in the Texas heat. Charmaine was easy to get in touch with and a perfect host. You won’t regret your stay here!
