Great home, cozy and well equipped. We especially loved the dog friendly vibe, and the access to hiking trails where we could walk our dog. The house was extremely clean. We did a lot of cooking and relaxing, and enjoyed the board games provided as well.

We absolutely loved the property and location. We had never stayed in the Mountainaire neighborhood and will definitely go back whenever we are in the area! The house was perfect for 4 adults and out two fur babies. The owners and property manager were great with communication and went out of their way with treats for humans and the pups. The kitchen was well stocked and the bbq was great. The bonus for us was being so close to some great walking trails through the national forest. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning!

Escaped from the valley heat for a few days with the grand dog. Loved the fenced in yard and good location - short walk to access the forest and trails. Unless you want to stay in Flagstaff it is much quieter in the neighborhood with easy access to Flagstaff and Ft. Tuthill park. Host has thought of everything as far as amenities are concerned. Welcome book is full of good information for the home and surrounding area. We rarely return to a previous VRBO as we like exploring new areas but would definitely consider returning to this home next time we visit Flagstaff area.

We had a wonderful stay at this cute mountain cottage (there were 4 of us and our dog). It was so peaceful and relaxing and the host thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable from hot chocolate to dog treats for our pup! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the fenced yard was perfect. I also loved the location, away from all the noise of the city but only a 10 minute drive to Flag. We’ll definitely be back!

This was a beautiful home in a clean, quiet neighborhood, surrounded by a national forest. Perfect for hiking, watching the stars at night, and breathing fresh air. Our dogs enjoyed their roomy backyard.Our hosts were very responsive and kind. I highly recommend this and will love to return.

We were in town for a wedding and stayed at this beautiful property. The house was very nice with all of the amenities. The surrounding area is so nice and great for walking in nature. The owners were super attentive and responsive. Very enjoyable stay.

We were there for our daughters wedding, the house was perfect. Had everything we needed and was so close to the venue. Great yard for our dogs and just to sit and relax. Would definetly stay there again.

Mountain vacation

We had such a nice time staying here for a family trip! Beds were so comfy, the loft area was great for my teenage daughter and everything we needed was there. I loved the extra blankets! We didn’t get a chance to experience the outside areas due to the chilly weather but would definitely stay again!

I absolutely adore this home in the beautiful pines! Absolutely perfect layout, beautifully decorated and updated renovation with quality appointments such as fireplace and kitchen! Very convenient for our dog with an enclosed backyard and great location to downtown Flagg, yet still in the woods and nature! Perfectly ideal! I look forward to renting again when we can get some snow and will be a great summer escape from the heat! Thank you! Very clean! Housekeeper was just leaving and did a great job of making the home look and smell great!

Nice & Comfortable Home

Very nice and comfortable. Doggie door and fenced yard were great for our pup. Gas fireplace a plus. Nice upstairs loft area with bedroom and bathroom and great master bedroom. Very clean and well decorated. Everything was excellent from the host and the property and location.

Great little getaway

My family of lots of young kids and 2 doggies escaped the Scottsdale heat and couldn't have had a more enjoyable time here. Kids loved that it saved us a few minutes on the drive (rather than driving all the way into downtown) and it was clean, comfortable and perfect for the dogs and kids in the backyard. The hike we took from the neighborhood was great and clearly marked, easy to get into downtown for food/candy shop and the bbq and Cornhole was perfect for enjoying the whistling trees. We would gladly stay here again.

Tennessee bound.

We are re-locating from California to Tennessee. We needed a pet friendly place with an enclosed back yard for our 3 dogs. This location could not have been more perfect! Everything went so well from check-in to check-out! Glad we picked this location for our quick stay!
