Greatly convenient location, walking distance to just about everything in town, particularly for a tourist. Very cute area, street and home. Bed and living room/kitchen were pretty good. There were 2 big downsides to this property; the size of the bathroom/shower and the noise level at night.
It's a very noisy street at night, even weeknights up until maybe 2 or 4 am with restaurants, partying tourists and other passerbys. The insulation from the windows is basically non-existent. It's also noisy again around 6am with trucks, generators and traffic. We were here on a Sunday and Monday night.
The bathroom was nice but extremely tight/narrow. My wife and I are both on the small side- 5'8" and shorter, around 150lbs and smaller and we barely fit into the bathroom and shower. It was difficult for us to move and shower and if you're on the larger side, this may be impossible. This is also a 3 floor walkup, so may not be accessible for some people, whether it be handicap or other.
Overall, it generally worked for us and we were happy with our stay, so don't be mistaken. She let us check in early, was very helpful and it was nice to have coffee/tea etc available in home. Plus, the convenient location was amazing. Also, it's not waterview.
