A week of family fun!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! The house itself has plenty of space for everyone and even provided a small crib for my daughter! It was a short walk or bike ride to the beach and had plenty of parking when we chose to drive! It was the perfect week!

Inlet beach

The house is prime location for a public beach access point! The house is spacious and perfect for a weekend getaway. We got around town on Uber, but a car would’ve been beneficial to get us around easier. Would recommend for a family or friend vacation! The host was very responsive and attentive to any needs.

Overall my sister's & I had an amazing time. The house was very spacious & amazing. The neighbors in the community were very friendly throughout our stay. We only wished that the beach was located right outside our door as it appears in the pictures. Overall we were happy. Looking forward to booking again .

Great space for multifamily vacation

This was the perfect home for our two large families to vacation together comfortably. Plenty of space for everyone to gather and sleep. The upstairs was large and had lots of room for the kids to hang out. This home had everything we needed, and the owners were responsive and helpful before and during our stay. We were able to park three cars in the driveway. They also had bikes and beach toys for our use. The home was clean and organized. We would definitely book here again!

Sugar Sands was a dream! It is in the best location, close to beach, restaurants, shopping, and The Big Chill. Our hosts, Amy and Shannon are the most responsive hosts we’ve ever had and so so sweet. The weather was not very good one day so the ocean was not swimmable and they offered up so many ideas and suggestions. The house has everything you could possibly need and was so clean and spacious. Our 3 sons, 9,11, and 16 loved it! Thank you for making us want to come back very soon!

Fantastic Family House

The house was in a small, quiet, well maintained community of houses with a beautiful locked gated pool. The house was within walking distance to cute shops, restaurants, coffee, and the public beach (Inlet Beach). We also could drive to a good beach access parking spot- a half mile away. The bunk room and play area was perfect for our 6 grandkids. Four other bedrooms were nice for the 8 adults. For the few questions we had, Amy and Shannon were quick to get back to us with a text, anytime. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Vacation

Sugar Sands looked amazing in the photos and I was so excited to stay there...and it was even better and cuter than I could have imagined!!! Having a king size bedroom on the main floor for guests is so ideal. Then another king size bed on the second floor with a cute little walk out patio was amazing too. Always had my morning cup of coffee out there. My two kids loved having their own bedroom with queen beds and TVs. And the loft?!?! This was icing on the cake!!!! We spent every night in the loft as a family playing the games up there, watching a movie, etc. A couple times we just crashed for the night in the loft since there were so many bunk beds to stay in! What I had no idea I was getting into was the perfect white sand beaches, scenic HWY 30A being such a quaint road with so many unique shops/restaurants/coffee shops. Check out Seaside, The Big Chill on 30A, The Donut Hole and the Old Florida Fish House for sure. Our kids are 12 and 15 and there was so much for them to do. Loved that Sugar Sands had bikes for all of us to hit the beach and 30A with! It was so much fun!
