The space
This modern yet cozy space located in the heart of Jax Beach gives you the ability to explore Jax Beach, Neptune and Atlantic Beach all in one stay. Wether that’s an early morning walk on the beach to catch a sunrise, a bike ride or an evening stroll.

Other things to note

-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FOR INCIDENTS of $650 (or nightly rate) will be collected before your stay that will be refunded after check out. We reserve the right to keep the deposit dependent on the condition of our home.

-ADDITIONAL CLEANING FOR LONGER TERM STAYS (30 days +) will be done every two weeks for the duration of your stay, for an additional charge of $200 per cleaning.

-STRICT NOISE ORDINANCE. Neighbor will call the cops. We reserve the right to TERMINATE your stay early.

-BACK PATIO CURFEW 10 PM.

-NO PARTIES / EVENTS UNLESS PRIOR APPROVAL, EXTRA CHARGES APPLICABLE. If you neglect to inform us ahead of time, we reserve the right to TERMINATE your stay early or DOUBLE the fee per extra person retroactively for the entirety of your reservation.

-PARKING AVAILABLE FOR 1 CAR ONLY. PARK ON THE UNIT MARKED PARKING SPOT or a visitor spot. Street parking is free. Do not park across the street, neighbors will tow you.

-We take great pride in the cleanliness of our home and have a strict NO SHOES IN THE HOME POLICY.

-NO SMOKING OR VAPING ON PROPERTY. If cigar/cigarette butts of any kind found on the property or evidence of smoking (ash, empty cigarette packs, etc), a $450 cleaning fee will be added in addition to the regular cleaning fee.

-ADDITIONAL PERSON FEE: $65/day per person | $350/week per person. If you neglect to inform us ahead of time, we reserve the right to TERMINATE your stay early or DOUBLE the person fee retroactively for the entirety of your reservation.

-PET FEE: $40/day per pet | $200/week per pet. If you neglect to inform us ahead of time, we reserve the right to TERMINATE your stay early or DOUBLE the pet fee retroactively for the entirety of your reservation. NO pets on furniture.

-EARLY ARRIVAL/LATE CHECK-OUT FEES (IF AVAILABLE)
1 hr or less early arrival/late check-out: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late check-out: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late check-out: $150
3+ hr early arrival/late check-out: $200 or the cost of an additional night’s stay, whichever is more.

-TRASH: Please take the trash out when full or every 2-3 days. (Trash container is in the back of the building) Trash must be taken out at check out. If you neglect to take the trash out at the end of your stay, a cleaning fee of $50 will be added in addition to the regular cleaning fee.

-DISHES: All dish washer safe dishes must be put away in the dish washer, and turned on to wash. If dirty dishes are left or dish washer was not turned on a cleaning fee of $50 will be added in addition to the regular cleaning fee.
