Our one bedroom, one bathroom home is part of a duplex located in the Devonshire neighborhood situated right outside of Downtown Phoenix. With it’s wonderful restaurants, ample public transportation, grocery stores and boutiques, this up and coming neighborhood is thriving with local flare. Just a short 3 block distance from Steele Indian School Park many of our guests enjoy morning jogs, or a stroll through the park with their morning cup of coffee. After your walk, return home to our stylish and chic, fully- furnished apartment to relax and plan your next outing.

Downtown is quickly accessed by car (3.9 miles) or a short walk/ bike ride to public transit, but you don’t need to leave the neighborhood to enjoy a nice night out. With great local fare like Clever Koi, Pizzeria Bianco, In-N-Out, The Parlor, and Lux Coffee, you’ll have many options right outside your front door.

If eating in is more your style, our kitchen features stainless steel appliances, gorgeous concrete floors, exposed brick wall, ample counter space and an island where you can enjoy your home made meals! The kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee makers, tea pot, plates, bowls, cutlery, drinking glasses, pots and pans, and more!

This home also features a full bath and and bedroom with a queen sized bed that’s as comfortable as it is stylish! With extra soft linens made from 100% cotton and a memory foam mattress, you’re guaranteed to get a good nights sleep. The bathroom features a variety of products to make your stay more comfortable, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other essentials!
