Welcome to the sunny state! Enjoy your time and relax at this inviting and quiet home. Two spacious bed rooms and a full bathroom with open floor plans for all your gathering in one place! Many amenities included.
Minutes to well known Clearwater and st Pete beaches. Only a 25 minute drive to Tampa international airport. Come enjoy this centrally located west Florida coast home.

We have a STRICT no smoking policy! If smoke smell is detected inside the house and/or you have been caught smoking inside of the property you will be charged a cleaning fee of $500.

Other things:
All stays include complementary coffee, tea, water and a few snacks to start off your stay. Stay five nights or more, get a bottle of wine included in your stay.

Ashlee is awesome!

We had such a great experience with this stay and Vrbo! Very clean, and relaxing. Nice and quiet location. Ashlee also immediately addressed an issue with the fridge not working and had it fixed, and she also communicates very well! I will def be staying again!

Clean property, communicative host

Thanks for a nice stay, we appreciated the stocked coffee bar and Ashlee’s quick communication. Could use a few extra pillows/linens and we had more than a few trips and falls over the high floor transitions but overall it was a good stay!

The house was in a quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed the peacefulness of the community!

This house was excellent for us, everything was great! Ashlee even thought of all the stuff you might not remember to bring with you, like bandaids and makeup wipes! We had to ask a question and she responded very quickly!

First timer satisfied

First time Stan. Very neat and clean everything I was thinking it would be. Coffee maker, and the shampoo was a plus nothing mention washer and dryer. Backyard was perfect. I will definitely be back.

Excellent home-away-from-home

Ashlee was an excellent host! We loved the house and setup. The home was comfortable and we felt safe in the area. Neighbors are nice and friendly. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We brought our own pillows, so we can’t speak on them, but the beds were firm and terrific. The bathroom is a good size and the shower has excellent water pressure. The kitchen was perfect for our needs. Baking pans, pots, all utensils (except a pizza cutter). The washer and dryer were awesome to have to clean our laundry as we finished our daily activities. The location is convenient to restaurants and some activities, but it is about a 30 min drive to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet with very minimal traffic. We honestly loved our stay and will be glad to book again with Ashlee if her home is available when we do come back to the area!

Ashlee is attentive with a great place!

Ashlee was extremely helpful, responsive, and attentive. Check in was straight forward and easy. We mentioned that the tv remote didn’t seem to be working on our second day. Ashlee troubleshooted with us and then replaced the remote the same day, even though we said we could do without if we needed. That was awesome of her to want to take care of it the same day for us. The kitchen had everything we needed. There is no dishwasher, but Ashlee had soap and a new sponge waiting. We are not coffee drinkers, but there is a cute coffee station with all sorts of add-in options. Also, the water pressure in the shower was great! Some neutral, nice to know notes: The hot water didn’t last super long, but we took turns and waited for it to warm up again before the next person showered. If you take a young child or children, there is no tub, just a standing shower. We worked around this, but I want to call it out in case that matters to other parents.

Simple and clean

The property in a fairly small and quiet little community. Upon arrival, it was very easy to access and the property was very clean. Really liked the look and feel of the older-style appliances. It had everything we needed for our short stay, and it’s even located next to some water right down the street. The owner was very responsive and kind throughout our communication, even a month or so before our arrival. I would definitely recommend and reconsider this property again when visiting family in Florida.

Great Place to Stay with Great Amenities

Ashley thought of just about everything. We brought extra cooking utensils and spices, but we didn't need any of it. They had thought of everything we could use during our stay. The neighborhood was nice and we felt safe. We would gladly stay here again.

Perfect Place!

This was a perfect place for us to stay. The location is super convenient. Indian Rocks beach was very close, but Clearwater, Tampa, St. Pete and more were less than 30 minutes away. The neighborhood was very quiet and seemed nice. Very close to stores, food, etc. The house was extremely clean and nice. The amenities were wonderful as well. I have nothing negative at all to say about this stay. We had no issues checking in or out. Perfect feeling of “at home” while on vacation. Will definitely rebook when traveling to the area again!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Quaint and cute. Inside you’ll find all you need for an inviting stay near the beach. The A.G.E house is very centrally located. Near TPA. Major beaches, pinellas trail, Busch gardens, and more! We are tucked away from the major road, but still close enough to hop on the main road and be on your way.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We offer welcoming snacks and water to all guests as well as coffee and tea. Stay with us for 5 nights or more and get a free bottle of wine. Laundry is included with your stay, but please bring your own laundry soaps.
