Quiet street and Literally down the street from Paris Junior College. Less than 2 miles from the civic center and the Texas Eiffel Tower.Everything was clean and with a few snacks and coffee, perfect for our stay.

Great little house!!

Loved the little house and it was perfect for us. There were snacks and cooking supplies available. We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood had me a little nervous due to the large dogs that were out at different times and we did not see owners with them.

We enjoyed our cozy cottage …It was clean modernized and both beds were very comfortable . Quiet neighborhood Convenient location minutes away from all our interest and sites..Very nice to be stocked with snacks and drinks for our kids..The kids excited to see great tv option Netflix Disney utube etc and many board games. Was in Texas for a wedding and chose this house for the great location. Close to town and to all the festivities we attended. The neighborhood was a little run down but never had any issues with that. Host was quick to reply and the check in process was super easy. Check out time was 12:00 so we weren’t rushed to get out. Plenty of towels, comfy beds, cold AC and all the kitchen items you need (keurig). She even left us some yummy snacks and drinks to enjoy ! Would recommend this house if you’re staying in Paris and need a nice place to stay. The neighbor cat even came by to welcome us !

Great Stay!

We stayed at this rental over the Christmas holidays. It was a super cute little house which has been totally remodeled. It was perfect for our family of three. The house was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. It's also very convenient to two grocery stores in case you forgot something. We had a great stay and will definitely return.

Weekend Getaway in Paris

We had a great time! The house was super cute and cozy and had all the comforts of home! The only suggestion our group could come up with was maybe have more bath towels available i the bathroom. With 4 adults sharing the bathroom we had to launder the towels every day. However, not only was there a washer and dryer in the home but our host even provided all the products needed to do the wash! Otherwise it was PERFECT and I feel like towels is a really minimal and picky little thing to even suggest but it is honestly the only thing we could come up with.

Beautiful home, close to City center. Very thoughtful design and attention to details. Thank you for the snacks and useful kitchen utensils. Hot water was great! The board games were very thoughtful. Big TV! Really a great property, loved the rear parking. Found a lot of topical hair on the sheets, pillowcases and bed covers. Both bedrooms. I would give 5 stars except for that. Please think about replacing bath and kitchen rugs(tripping) - NO rugs would be fine; also TV to Bed layout. Overall a great property, well thought out, I would recommend it to Paris travelers. Exactly what we were looking for

My mom and I were in Paris to help clean out a cousin's house. We stay in Paris frequently and have made the rounds of all the local hotels - this property is, by far, our best choice. The home is exceptionally clean, and we had no trouble checking in. We brought food with us to cook and were able to reheat leftovers in the kitchen. The Keurig kept us caffeinated and the owner provided treats. We enjoyed kicking back and watching Netflix in the evenings. The beds were comfortable (kudos for the super soft sheets), and the check-out procedures were easy to follow. This property is a bright spot in a quiet neighborhood that is a little run down, but we never felt unsafe. It is centrally located close to major streets and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Exactly as described

Everything about the property was exactly as described. The house was decorated wonderfully and welcoming. My communications with the owner were pleasant and all questions were answered quickly. I will definitely book this home in the future for my parents.
