A wonderful home.

The stay was absolutely wonderful! Location was great, the decor was aesthetically pleasing, and I found myself romanticizing a life in Chula Vista. The master bedroom was absolutely stunning with their hand painted mural above the bath tub. I would say my downside was trouble with the coffee maker.

Good and spacious home for families

It was overall good. A book for renters would be good to have for passwords, wifi. How to access apps...etc. Would have liked more kitchen supplies, bed comfort was ok.

Luxury? No.

This is a decent house with limited amenities. It's the equivalent of a Hampton Inn. Lots of dead bulbs. Armoires assembled wrong, so drawers can't roll out. Cheap furniture. Garbage cans hadn't been emptied in a while - full of maggots.

As soon as we received your comments, we sent a professional to address the concerns you raised. They ensured that there are no issues with the furniture that did not meet your expectations. While we have not received any other complaints regarding the furniture, we want to inform you that we have added new furniture for your utmost comfort, and the current furniture has been properly maintained. The property is situated in a premium location, and once again, we are grateful for your constructive feedback, which helps us grow and become better hosts. Additionally, our handyman has ensured that all the furniture drawers are functioning perfectly. Regarding the trash bins, for future stays, if we have the opportunity to host you again, please let us know immediately if any issues arise. In this case, it seems that the previous guest did not take the bins out on the designated day, which is clearly stated in the house rules. However, had we known, we would have addressed this or anything else right away, unfortunately we did not receive any msgs from you ; communication is extremely important so we could have resolved this immediately ;action on these matters is a top priority for us to ensure your satisfaction.

Not a luxury home.

Refrigerator not working first day. Microwave had a broken door handle with very sharp edges that cut one of our guests. They used duct tape to fix the door.Upstairs they were missing smoke detectors. Broke the CA law (safety code section 13113.7) Master bath drain was broken and had sharp edge sticking out which could have cut someone Lights switches did not work properly, and 1 bathroom light electrical was broken. 1 bed has no support to hold the mattress. Screws sticking out of sofa.

Graduation Trip

We booked this home because we were attending my son's graduation. This home is thirty minutes or less from the airport, SeaWorld, the beach and the airport. I loved the fact that it was right outside all the city activities but close enough to get to all the fun. The home was very spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the space. The host was very responsive to any questions that I had. The neighbors were very friendly. This trip was a great first impression of San Diego. I highly recommend this place and plan to book in the near future.
