Resort-style swimming pool with a kiddie pool area and slide.
Plenty of BBQ pits and picnic tables around the property, including a pavilion area for a large group.
Property has a playground for kids and a volleyball area. Lots of hiking trails around the area.

Great place to stay!

We stayed 2 nights for a quick weekend getaway to Garner State Park and Lost Maples. The condo was perfectly located and has beautiful views of the surrounding area! It was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed! Check in and check out were as easy as can be, just know that cell signal for Verizon customers is almost non existant in this area! The wifi was really nice to have as well! All in all, I woukd recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit!

Beautiful Gataway

This is a great place for family n friends. I had a great time with my adults kids. John is a great host n replies right back when you text him. We had everything we needed and the place was clean. The swimming pool was a plus. We spend most of our time in the pool. We all enjoyed our stay.

Nice and relaxing

We had a great time at this property. John was easy to work with and also let us check in early and depart late which made departing relaxing. The condo is exactly as in pictures.

River vacay 2024

Our stay was a short one but a very pleasant one. We loved our condo, it was very nicely furnished and clean. We had everything we needed to cook for our family. Thank you, we do recommend it! Our only regret is that my husband forgot his glasses hanging on the bedroom tv. 😢

Awesome Stay!

Highly recommend this place! It was perfect for my family and I to spend some time relaxing. The host was very accessible and friendly, and made our vacation much more enjoyable. The pool was never over populated, perfect distance from our condo. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Great Getaway at Garner

Excellent location for families. The playground was a hit with the littles and the pool was a hit with tweens and teens. Convenient location to the state park and everything else. Blazing night time skies. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Clean, Great and Quaint Condo

This a great condo that is very close to the Frio. Very clean, comfortable beds and a great location. We stayed during off season and really enjoyed the peace and quiet. You gotta try the food trucks across the street…great coffee and breakfast! Will definitely stay here again…appreciate the exceptional communication from the owner.

Next time I would definitely make sure I was in one upstairs! Neighbors were very inconsiderate on how loud they were,other than that stay was amazing… pool was best part. Unfortunately we didn’t get to go on River ,it was to shallow. But our stay was GREAT

Fun Vacation

First off John was the Best . He replied quickly to any of my messages and cause of that everything ran smoothly. Thank you John . About the Condo we liked it all . It had what we needed for our stay. We loved that they had all the bed sheets pillows and bathroom towels that we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need for cooking and baking . The air conditioning was nice and cold after a long hot day in the pool or river . The POOL was so nice for all of us . Didn’t want to leave it . Over all I give it a 5 star review! We are planning on going back this year . Happy I found this place 😀Thank you again John !

Little slice of paradise

This property was amazing and perfect for hosting a 13 years old birthday. The condo was very clean and accommodating. The property is beautiful with plenty of room to run around or swim in the awesome pool. The covered cabana type area was a great asset for guest attending the party. Outside restrooms were great for guests and swimmers. Everything was neat and clean. The trash was constantly being check by workers. Playground was fun as was the volleyball courts. The communication was great and easy check in check out process. The only little negative was cameras on the back porch. Felt a little intrusive while sitting out there enjoying the view and talk privately. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Not close to the RIVER!!

When I first saw the listing description it stated that it was a five minute walk to the river, when we go there it was at least a 10 minute drive and nowhere within walking distance. The stove did not work it was old. The pools slide was broken the entire week of stay. The couches were nasty with a horrible odor. The kitchen was FULL of ants all over the counters and restrooms. The codes for the front door were never working so I’d be standing trying to open the door for more than five minutes each time. The worst part was the AWFUL beds, they are the most uncomfortable cheapest beds EVER… you go on a family trip to relax and my family and I woke up daily with out neck and backs hurting.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

AT&T and T-Mobile work best at the condo. We've heard Verizon doesn't work very well out there. Between Memorial Day (last weekend in May) and Labor Day (first weekend in September) each condo is only allowed 2 parking spaces (2 vehicles). You will receive car tags to place on your dashboard when you check in. You will also receive wristbands that will need to be worn when in the pool area.
