CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Great property, location and amenities! Close to great restaurants - did not have a single bad or even mediocre meal the entire stay. We got to check in 3 hours earlier than originally planned which was great! Check in was a little rocky as it seemed our code did not work. Property manager responded quickly to my text and updated the code. The door was really hard to open but a good hard push got it which makes me think our original code did work, but we just didn't push the door hard enough. It might have been helpful to know the door sticks/is hard to open. Parking was unclear initially as well. The lower part of the parking structure had numbered spots which we assumed was by unit number. It took a bit to realize we needed to go to the upper/Lobby level to park rather than the ground level. The parking and door situation delayed us getting into the unit about 15 minutes. One small suggestion...have some pens /sharpies in the unit. There were several times we needed one and ended up had buyibg some. Not a huge deal, but would have been nice to just have there. Especially for writing in the Guest Book and signing a sea shell for the collection...a super cute touch. All in all, we loved the property and would want to rent the same unit on our next visit. Gulf Shores is a fantastic vacation destination! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This condo was very clean. Pretty view of the beach. The pool was disappointing. The pools water was very cloudy all week. You could feel all kinds of things on the bottom of the pool. Tons of sand in the pool. It was in desperate need of attention.

The condo was wonderful! Very clean, pretty and we loved the balcony. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend to others. The pool seemed small, but we didn’t use the pool anyway.

The condo fit the need for four girls on a weekend beach trip. Although we did not spend much time in the unit - the beds and recliners were very comfortable, the condo was clean and well equipped for any kitchen needs we needed at the time. Being that the condo was on an end, it was very nice for a 180 degree view from the balcony.

Beautiful view - loved the balcony. Place was very clean and just perfect for two couples. It would have been great to provide beach chairs or a credit for the rentals. Weekly chair and umbrella rental was too expensive. Otherwise it was perfect.

Clean Bright Great Location

Upon arrival our first impressions were based on the parking garage, elevators & loading cart: the parking garage is small but do-able, the loading cart had 2 bent wheels and was barely pushable & one of the elevators smelled as if someone had peed in it.The swimming pool is small but we enjoyed it because it wasn't the main attraction, therefore it wasn't overly crowded. As for 907 Chrystal Shores, the condo is exactly as pictured and described and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the condo is modern, bright, clean and perfectly located within walking distance to restaurants & stores. The beds are comfortable and the blankets and towels are fluffy & soft. The one and only disappointment was that the pull-out sleeper mattress is lumpy & uncomfortable. So to anyone who will be sleeping on it, (as I did) prepare yourself. I'm still giving this condo highmarks because it is so clean, bright and beautiful, with communication & Check-In being great.

Nice location but…

When they give instructions to you that you get 1 roll of toilet they aren’t kidding. 1 ply small roll per bathroom. Beds were ok in comfort and towels need to be softer. They do not even have salt and pepper supplied. No early check in either. Got the code for the door at 3:58pm

Property was perfect and exactly as it showed in the pictures! Perfect location right on the beach. The balcony wrapped around the corner of the building so we could see the inlet too! Beds very comfortable and all furniture inside and out very comfortable. Restaurants very close. Wonderful time was had by all.

Super cute condo

The checkin process was confusing to me. We’ve never stayed at a condo before so I was confused. Thought I had to go to the lobby to check in, but it was closed. Had to contact the people for the condo to understand to go to the room. The whole condo was beautiful and so nice!! We loved it and will gladly go back!

Unit was extremely clean & nicely appointed. Corner location in the building provides beautiful views of both sunrise & sunset. Bedrooms & bathrooms were comfortable & spacious.

Cute and cozy

The unit has everything you need. We especially liked the decor, firm mattresses and the balcony furniture. Also the wagon, beach chairs and umbrella were very useful. Some of the appliances could use some updating (the ice maker was really loud) and the water temperature wouldn’t get hot enough (I like it hot) for showers but overall, the unit is great.
