The freshly remodeled Turtle Watch Villa at Seaside Villas presents a stunningly refurbished 2nd-floor ocean-view 1-bedroom villa, offering direct access to the beach. This innovatively redesigned villa caters ideally to 1-4 individuals, creating an inviting space for couples, young families, or friends seeking the ultimate HHI beach getaway.

A well-equipped kitchen facilitates meal preparation, featuring a custom built-in quartz breakfast bar that conveniently doubles as a workspace. Embrace scenic dining options either indoors or outdoors at the high-top table & chairs on the generously sized deck, complete with beach accessories for guest use.

Entertainment is covered with two flat-screen TVs, each furnished with Rokus for seamless streaming pleasure.

Sleeping arrangements at Turtle Watch include a king-size bed, junior bunk beds nestled in a hallway nook (ideal for kids under 12), and a queen sleeper sofa with an upgraded mattress. The absence of a separating wall or door between the bedroom and hallway enhances the spaciousness of the bedroom area.

Convenient washer/dryer facilities are available a few doors down the hall in the nearby coin laundry for added ease.

Seaside Villas' prime location is within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, renowned dining spots, and shops. Guest parking at Seaside Villas is complimentary and permits the parking of for one vehicle.

Experience the convenience of direct beach access without crossing any streets, allowing you to immerse yourself in beachfront bliss. Explore live music, restaurants, and shopping opportunities within walking distance at Pope Avenue and Coligny Plaza.

Guests are invited to book stays ranging from 2 to 14 days, while snowbirds or remote workers can take advantage of extended visits from November to March, with special monthly rates available.

For optimal comfort and an intimate beachfront experience, a maximum of 4 guests is set at this cozy villa.

The location was really great! The beach is a few steps away and Coligny Village is walking distance. We really loved staying here!

Beautiful condo with classy decor. The shower is amazing!!!! Wonderful job on the renovation. Also enjoyed the bikes. We were new to Hilton Head.

We stayed here with our 3 young kids for a weekend. The unit had everything we needed and was in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.
