This comfortably furnished condo provides everything you need for a perfect beach getaway, with easy access to the sandy shores of the Atlantic Ocean. From the third floor, enjoy wonderful views of the center courtyard, as well as the mesmerizing sunrise over the ocean and the vibrant colors of Back Bay sunsets. Conveniently located near the elevator and stairs, you’ll have quick access to the beach and three outdoor swimming pools.

The spacious great room features a large TV for easy viewing from every area. With two comfortable couches, a large chair, and an ottoman, there’s plenty of room for the entire family to unwind and enjoy a favorite movie after a busy day.

The upscale kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, will satisfy even the most discerning chefs. The large dining table provides ample seating for family meals together.

Bring your laptop—Blue Lagoon offers free internet and WiFi, so you can stay connected to world events or update your social media page. Enjoy unlimited local calls included in this vacation paradise.

The spacious main bedroom suite boasts a king mattress set and decor that creates a bright and airy atmosphere. With plenty of closet space and a private full bathroom, this suite is the perfect place to relax after a day on the sand. The king bed is perfect for unwinding while catching up on the day’s events on the large TV. The second and third bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds and TVs, ensuring everyone’s enjoyment. For your convenience, the second bedroom also includes a twin roll-away for additional sleeping arrangements.

The large balcony, complete with comfortable patio seating, is sure to be a favorite gathering spot for morning coffee or unwinding after a busy day at the beach. You’re sure to have an enjoyable stay at Blue Lagoon!

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools and two fitness centers.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
