With brand new tile flooring throughout the home, new area rugs, and newly upholstered furniture, this amazing condo is sure to be the most relaxing vacation yet!

The well-equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a recently updated refrigerator, and essential cooking tools such as a New microwave, blender, and mixer, along with a full-size washer/dryer for added convenience.

Soft, beachy, pastel decor creates a welcoming ambiance throughout the space. With ample seating for the whole family, including comfy couches, a brand new full-size dining table for six with booth-style seating, and an additional breakfast bar, every meal becomes a special occasion. Each bedroom features its own private bathroom, ensuring everyone has their own space.

Additionally, guests have access to a garage-level storage closet stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, a boogie board, and extra space for all your beach essentials.

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools and two fitness centers.

The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
