Sea View is located in the prestigious southeast corner of The Sanctuary with outstanding unique views of the ocean, pier, and sand dunes. From the moment you enter this luxury condominium, with almost 2,000 square feet of living space, you’ll be taken back by its stunning wooden floors, beachy furnishings, and unobstructed view through the windows and sliding glass doors.
The living room is open and airy with plenty of room for the entire family. Step outside on the large private wraparound balcony to listen to the sounds of the surf and take in that wonderful ocean air. The large kitchen features granite countertops, modern appliances, and everything the family cook could wish for. Whether you want a quick bite or a full family meal, you’re sure to find what you need to make any preparation easy. The main bedroom suite with a private bathroom offers a king bed and a large TV.
The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools, two libraries, and two fitness centers.
Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
