Sea Renity is a unique vacation condo located on the second floor of the Sanctuary Complex. This rare end unit offers comfortable surroundings and a bright, open living space that the whole family can enjoy. Its special location allows you to take in expansive ocean views of the Atlantic, and marvel at the stunning colors as the sun sets over the Back Bay waters.
Step into the cozy living area, where sunlight streams through plantation shutters on the many windows and sliding glass doors, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The space is beautifully furnished with an Italian leather sofa and soft, comfortable chairs, perfect for unwinding after a day of beach adventures. There's ample room for the family to gather, relax, and even watch a movie together on the smart TV with access to your favorite premium channels. A small alcove with a bar-height desk and chairs provides the ideal spot to set up your laptop and upload new beach photos using the complimentary 500 Mbps high-speed Wi-Fi, all while staying connected to the fun around you.
The dining area, located just off the main living space by one of the two sets of sliding glass doors leading to the private balcony, offers plenty of space for family meals with a view. A full-size dining table and all the essential mealware make it easy to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner, or a quick snack before hitting the sand. The adjacent kitchen features brand-new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample cabinet and counter space. Even the most discerning chef will be pleased with the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a Keurig coffee maker, blender, and toaster.
The main bedroom suite, with its private bathroom, is the perfect retreat after a sun-soaked day at the beach. The large king bed invites you to rejuvenate for the next day's adventures, while a smart TV offers access to your favorite streaming services. The dresser provides plenty of drawer space, and the custom-built double walk-in closets ensure you have room for all your belongingsâno need to leave anything behind!
The second bedroom suite features a comfortable queen bed and ample closet space. A smart TV lets you catch up on your favorite shows before drifting off to sleep. This suite also has a private entrance to the second bathroom, shared with the third bedroom.
The third bedroom is a bright, cheerful space designed with children in mind. It offers two twin beds, a large closet, and a TV for cartoons or catching up on the day's news. The second bathroom is conveniently located next to this bedroom, making it easy for guests in both the second and third bedrooms to share.
For added convenience, complimentary access to a beach storage closet is provided, located on the ground floor parking level. This spacious closet makes it easy to carry your beach gear to and from the beach without the hassle of lugging everything upstairs. There's even room to store extra items you bring from home. Additionally, the condo includes a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer and an ironing board with an iron.
Guests can also enjoy access to the condo's amenities with no additional resort fee, including three swimming pools and two fitness centers.

All guests shall abide by Vacasaâs good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.

The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
