Le River Mountain Lodge offre le confort et les commodités d'un condominium (avec services hôteliers) au cœur du centre-ville historique de Breckenridge. Le lodge est situé en face de la fin de l'4:00 Run au coin de Park Ave. et Ski Hill Road, et à seulement un jet de pierre du centre Riverwalk et le nouveau Breckenridge Creative Arts District! Juste dévaler, traverser la rue et vous êtes à la maison! Situé à seulement un pâté de maisons de Main Street Breckenridge et à quelques minutes en navette de la télécabine ou de la base Peak 9, le River Mountain Lodge allie à merveille sérénité et confort à la montagne.

River Mountain Lodge W311 est un spacieux, à deux niveaux condo avec une vue magnifique sur les pentes de la terrasse. Il ya une cuisine complète avec comptoirs en granit, deux salles de bains, une grande télévision à écran LCD et un foyer au bois au salon par l'après-ski. La table à manger peut accueillir quatre, et il ya place pour trois au comptoir pour un petit déjeuner ou après-ski collation rapide. Vous profiterez également du lave-linge / sèche-linge, du Wi-Fi gratuit, du parking souterrain (une voiture) avec ascenseur, du centre de remise en forme, de la piscine extérieure chauffée et des bains à remous.

Great stay!

The unit was clean, laid out for four of us to stay comfortably, and conveniently located for skiing/snow boarding - a short walk to the free gondola as well as restaurants. The hot tubs were an added bonus. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location

Great place to stay in Breck! Can't beat the location--close to mountains and Main Street. Clean property with everything you need for a getaway. Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great condo; perfect location!

Perfect location for a couple of small family or a couple of friends to escape to Breck. Great layout and absolutely perfect location for a winter or summer stay. Right off Main St so super convenient access to restaurants, shops, etc. Absolutely perfect for skiing as there is a shuttle stop at the lodge, and 4:00 ends literally across the street. Would definitely stay here again

Great location and space for a family!

We stayed in Breckenridge for a weekend soccer game and this location is unmatched to walk around town! We loved having a big open space with 2 bathrooms for a family of 4. Check in was a breeze and communication was great! We would absolutely stay again!

Great Location

This is a great spot! My wife and our 2 children had a wonderful stay. Pool was clean and warm and the hot tub relaxing. It is literally a 50 yard walk to the main part of town. We'll be back.

Breckridge co vacation

Stay was awesome . The only thing update coffee pot to a k-cup and Murphy bed need a little work the bars stick out need covers on steel bars . It was great vacation .

Quick breck trip

Excellent location, plenty of room, close to Main Street. Father and son trip so we don’t need much. However, there was a lot of street noise which made it tough to sleep. It was warm in breck and windows needed to be open with no ac.

Perfect location and wonderful condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. The condo was exactly as advertised, everything was great. It truly is in a perfect location. It's not a ski-out place, but it is super-easy to grab the bus to the Gondola or up to the mountain, and you can ski essentially right up to the front door of the condo. We felt that not being able to ski out was more than made up for by being so close to town and easily being able to walk right to main street for shopping/dining/sight-seeing. We would absolutely come again.

Good location, clean place.

This review is specifically for skiers - it is the info I look for when booking a ski in/ski out resort.This condo is at the bottom of 4 O'clock run - just across the street. The gondola is about 2 blocks away. Very walkable for snowboarders - a bit of a slog for skiers carrying skis and wearing ski boots. As skiers, we took the frequent busses in front of the lodge to either the gondola or Peak 7 or 8.The lodging is not fancy, but is clean and adequate accommodations with easy access to the slopes and the town of Breckenridge. Nice indoor parking.

The condo was incredible. Beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. Main Street is just out the back door with lifts and pickup just out the front door. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location!

The location of this building is perfect! You can step out of the building, cross a bridge and be in the middle of downtown. We love being able to walk to restaurants or to get coffee. Very close to the gondola. Close drive to many hikes. This was our second stay in this lodge but a different unit. It is a bit run down (older carpet, showers a bit dingy due to lots of use) but the beds are comfortable and there was everything we needed. I would trade new and shiny for this location any day!
