However, we would like to clarify that the concerns outlined in your review were not reported during your stay, which prevented our team from investigating and addressing them promptly. Our property is professionally managed and serviced by a professional cleaning company to maintain high standards for every guest. We take all concerns, particularly those involving safety and property maintenance, seriously and have forwarded your comments to the appropriate teams for review. You were a perfect guest for us, Cyndi. It would be a pleasure to host you again next time!

It sounds like this place was perfect for your families! The theater room, game room, and hot tub made for a great stay, even in winter. Having plenty of space for everyone and a location close to everything is definitely a bonus. Thanks for the great recommendation—sounds like a fun time all around!

Thanks for your honest feedback Erin! We're glad you liked the modern décor and overall found the house fine. We can see how the low beds and furniture might not have been the most comfortable if you're tall. We’ll make a note of this for future improvements. We’re always looking for ways to enhance the guest experience, so we really appreciate you sharing this!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, Burlene. We regret, however, to learn that we fell short in some areas. Your comments are well considered as we look into ways to enhance guests' experience. Please be assured that will look into the matters you raised. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again soon.

We appreciate your feedback, but several statements in your review require clarification. The property’s parking setup, bedroom configuration, and occupancy are part of the home’s established layout and should be evaluated against the listing details—not personal expectations after arrival. The pool condition was affected by recent storms and was serviced as conditions allowed. We understand the inconvenience, but it is not accurate to suggest the property is unsuitable simply because the layout, parking, or temporary pool condition did not match your preferences. We stand behind the home’s stated capacity and the efforts made to address maintenance concerns during the stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We strive to provide clear communication to ensure a smooth stay, though we understand that our reminders may have felt excessive in your case. As part of our process, we ask standard preliminary questions to ensure a seamless check-in and stay. No specific issues were reported during the visit, and we're glad to hear the home met expectations in terms of location and functionality. We appreciate your perspective and will take it into consideration as we continue to improve our guest experience.

We are blown away by this review, Sharon. We are grateful that your family has chosen to stay in our home. It's our top priority to make sure our guests feel comfortable during their stay. We have nothing but good words for your family. We look forward to hosting you again next time you visit the area. :)

Thank you for your feedback, Melissa. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience that you had experienced. The Dallas area has a bugs issue during this time of year and we try our best to maintain our home bugs-free by subscribing to a Pest Control Company. They did a service treatment 2 days before your check-in and some of the bugs you may have seen were already dying as a result. We are sending them again in the next few days to do a follow-up on the treatment. We also hire a professional cleaning company who normally does a great job at cleaning. We forwarded your feedback, and we have scheduled a deep cleaning to address the issues. As compensation for the inconvenience, we have processed a $150 refund on the cleaning fee. We're glad that your kids enjoyed the pool. We look forward to hosting your family again to improve your first impression. :)
