ZEN Coastal : 5 maisons à la plage + à pied du centre-ville + jacuzzi + salle de sport + finale d'été

* One last summer escape at ZEN Coastal! *

Just five houses from Lewes Beach and an easy walk to the shops, restaurants, and charm of historic downtown Lewes, ZEN Coastal is designed for families and friends who want to be together—without being on top of one another.

Spend your mornings on the beach, bike through Cape Henlopen, stroll into town for dinner, and come home to your own private retreat. Relax in the luxury hydrotherapy hot tub, work out in the private gym, challenge the family to ping-pong, or simply enjoy a glass of wine on one of the decks or in the expansive covered outdoor living area.

Late August through early October is one of our favorite times in Lewes. The water is still warm, the beach is less crowded, restaurants and shops are open, and the pace becomes wonderfully relaxed. It's an ideal time for a family getaway, couples' weekend, or a few extra days working remotely from the beach.

Guests provide their own bed linens and towels. All beds are equipped with pillows and comforters, and kitchen towels are provided. Please bring your own sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, and beach towels, or arrange for linen rental prior to arrival. We’re happy to provide information for a local linen rental service.

* A home made for time together *

ZEN Coastal isn't a typical beach rental. The house was created as a place where several generations—or a group of friends—can vacation together comfortably.

The open kitchen, dining, and living areas make gathering easy, while multiple indoor and outdoor spaces give everyone room to spread out. Parents can enjoy a drink outside while the kids play ping-pong; early risers can take their coffee to a balcony; and after a day at the beach, everyone can come back together for dinner, the hot tub, or an evening around the fire.

* Location, location, location *

One of the best parts of staying at ZEN Coastal is how little you need your car.

Walk a few houses to Lewes Beach, stroll or bike into historic downtown Lewes, explore the area's restaurants and shops, or head to nearby Cape Henlopen State Park for miles of biking and walking trails.

And when you do want to drive, you won't have to worry about beach-town parking at home—ZEN Coastal offers unusually generous private parking for a property this close to the water.

* September in Lewes *

Don't overlook September. It's one of the area's best-kept secrets.

Warm days, comfortable evenings, fewer crowds, and a more relaxed Lewes make September perfect for guests who love the beach but could do without the height-of-summer bustle.

Come for the beach. Stay for the hot tub, outdoor living, great food, bike rides, and the pleasure of having Lewes almost to yourself.

Our summer calendar is nearly completely booked, with only limited late-August and early-fall availability remaining. Check the calendar for available dates and make ZEN Coastal your final beach escape of the season.
