The spacious living room with limestone fireplace has double French doors that open to a lovely outdoor patio with additional seating. The chef’s kitchen with butler’s pantry and wine cellar is outfitted with Viking Professional appliances, granite counter tops, and is fully stocked with everything you and your sous chef need to create an amazing meal. The dining table seats up to six, with three additional seats at the kitchen bar.

Warm custom millwork throughout the first floor, along with coffered ceilings, and imported tumbled travertine floor truly make this posh home special. The first floor also has a powder room and direct access to the garage. There is parking for one vehicle inside the carport.

Up the ornate staircase to the second floor, the light-filled primary suite awaits you with 5-star accommodations. The third, and most notable, floor of the entire home is the spacious rooftop deck. With a large dining table, sofa, two armchairs, and two chaise lounges there is plenty of seating for your group. Multiple umbrellas are available for extra shade on hot and sunny days, and the firepit is ready to entertain you well into the night while you enjoy sparkling city light views -- the perfect place for a summertime barbeque and some cocktails.

The home’s prime location with easy access to beaches, the ferry, and market makes walking around town the perfect choice. Across the street is Succulent Coffee Roasters - a full service restaurant and coffee shop – a popular destination for locals and visitors alike. And just down the block is the Balboa Island Park, where you can enjoy summertime concerts. The ferry is at the end of the block, a short 2-minute walk, and a quick ride across the harbor to Newport Landing.
