My family and I enjoyed the house very much. In a great location and close to the college campus and not far from some waterfalls and mountains. Very clean when we got there and all of the beds and couches were comfy. The only issue I had was that it was hard to get in touch with the property manager. The outside trash can was full of trash when we go there and there was a broken ceiling fan in one of the rooms. Tried to let the property manger know through the VRBO app, text message, and on their website but I have no idea if I was talking to an actual person or an AI. I would suggest turning the âgame roomâ into another bed room or at least put a pull out couch in there so you could have more guests. Definitely worth the stay and would love to come back!
Overall impression was fine to good. The lower level was great and all beds were comfortable. The outdoor furniture on the patio had a broken chair and there were only 3 chairs by the fire ring and 2 had broken arms. Also there were only 5 bath towels for a home that is supposed to sleep 6. The kitchen was nicely appointed. Bring along extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent and paper towels as they only provide the bare basics (1 of each)
We loved the king bed, the decor is so pretty, we enjoyed the game room, one thing missing was a hairdryer in the bathroom and the tv upstairs wasnât working. But overall it was clean and cozy
