Welcome to your private vacation Oasis with an inground pool. It is conveniently located 4 miles from award-winning Clearwater Beach and only 9 mi from the Clearwater/St Pete airport. This home will sleep 7, with a queen bed in the master, a twin and a full size bed in the second bedroom. There is a large comfortable futon in the Florida room. The kitchen is newly renovated with all new appliances, cabinets and furnishings. This home is bright, cheery and decorated with vacation vibes throughout. All furniture, flat screen TVs, linens are new including a washer and dryer for your use. Make memories inside or out. The backyard boasts a beautiful pool with plenty of room to swim, sunbathe, grill, dine and it includes a second poolside bathroom. This home is conveniently located to literally everything around the Gulf region. Whether you are going north to the sponge docks, or going to the beach, there are many quaint small towns full of many things to enjoy.

Super séjour

Maison très confortable avec une magnifique piscine. Tout est fonctionnel, proche des commodités et des plages. L’environnement est paisible. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances à Clearwater!

Cozy house and a great location that's close to everything you need for vacation. There was ample room for 5 adults and a teen to all spread out comfortably. If you ever have any questions, the owner responds very quickly.

Great Stay!

This property was great! It was clean, looked like the pictures, and in a convenient location. I came with a friend for Phillies spring training. The host was responsive and it was an easy check in. The only minor suggestions for improvement that I have is to provide more bath towels and toilet paper. There were only 2 towels available and the toilet paper rolls provided were all partially used, so we ran out quickly and had to buy more.

Perfect central location!

For us, we enjoyed the location because it was close to family. However, much deeper than that, it’s a great location that is central to other towns- quick drive to Dunedin, St. Pete, Tampa, etc. The convenience of having a washer and dryer is unmatched. There were board games (we didn’t partake due to age of our kiddos) but also small toys my boys loved. The basic items that I didn’t even realize were there before purchasing our own- mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash- dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent, salt/pepper/ etc. Having a full kitchen with cooking utensils and items ready for our arrival was very nice. The pool and outdoor items were well kept. We didn’t even realize there were some floaties and again brought our own. You can really tell they made a conscious choice to make it easy on the guests staying. Host has been easy to communicate again, and we hope we get the chance to stay at this location again in the future.

Cozy House

My only complaint was the pool was a little cloudy our entire stay until the day we were leaving. Otherwise it was the perfect little house for us. I do wish there was another TV in the second bedroom. My kids fought over the living room TV at night. But the location was near stuff, and we loved sitting outside in the backyard. Definitely recommend staying here.

Best place to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was comfortable and welcoming. The backyard and pool was where we spent most of our time - we couldn’t get enough of the cool breeze and relaxing atmosphere! There were tons of floats, board games, and even books for everyone, as well as a convenient outdoor bathroom. Our only wish was a clothesline to hang wet towels and suits on to dry out back or the sunroom. If I ever go back to Clearwater, this will be where I stay!

Fun Family Beach Retreat

Everything was exactly as advertised. Very clean, comfortable, well-stocked house close to Clearwater Beach and Sand Key. The pool even has a saltwater system! Would definitely stay again.

The property was perfect! Very quiet neighborhood. Quite private, but close to everything. Pool and deck area were amazing. Even outdoor restroom facilities! You will not regret booking this home! Hope to return on next visit to Clearwater area!

Beautiful little home!

This was my first time staying at a Vrbo so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. It was wonderful! Very clean and tidy, it was a little smaller than I expected but nonetheless plenty of room for the 3 of us. My grandson loved the pool, but it was a little on the cold side for me! Their instructions were very clear and we didnt have any issues at all. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice outdoor space

We had a great time in the Clearwater area the house was really close to the beaches which we went to several times. It was well stocked with things you would need for the beach. The pool wasn’t heated but the outdoor space was great to sit back and relax. The kids enjoyed the pool. The owner was very accommodating.

We loved our stay!

Nice little property in a great area! Really close to everything (beaches, groceries, park). Plenty of room for the 4 of us. We would recommend staying here, and i would stay here again!

Comfortable

We enjoyed it very much. The location was quiet and everything spotlessly clean including the pool. Really thoughtfully equipped with coffee, condiments, washing pods, toiletries etc. Fortunately we had a car as there was nowhere to walk to but on the plus side Clearwater and Dunedin were a short drive away and a cheap Uber ride which enabled a drink with dinner. The second bathroom was outside which didn’t bother us but would have been tricky if we’d been with another couple. Fantastic TV provision. Thanks for a great stay.

Excellent house with beach just 15 min drive and pool

We had excellent stay at Christine’s house. Everything was as described. Pool is great shape and had once a week worry free maintenance and it was very entertaining for us during hurricane Idalia. Laundry worked perfectly for us - on site washer and dryer. Owner very responsive- communication is almost instant. No problem with house. Everything was just perfect. Sand key park and beach is exactly 16 min away from house, just $5 to park all day long and is much better than Clearwater beach which is much more crowded and more expensive to park at.

Perfect bolt hole for Clearwater

Loved Christine’s properly from start to finish. It’s a perfect hideaway for accessing Clearwater beaches. Pool was brilliant to chill after a day at the beach and in easy reach of supermarkets, restaurants and take always!! Extremely responsive host! Perfect family getaway

Comfortable space for family of 5 (three boys 6-10yo). Close to so many activities and food. Pool was FANTASTIC, kitchen well-stocked supplies, all rooms were good sized and great for traffic flow. Loved the additional 3/4 bathroom out in yard. Didn’t grill; did pass football and soccer ball around in front yard. My boys didn’t want to leave :) Will absolutely look for this property when visiting Grandpa again!!
