With 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 15 guests, the home offers multiple living areas, making it easy for your group to gather, relax, or enjoy some quiet time.

The open-concept main living area features vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, and a fully stocked kitchen with a large island that's perfect for preparing meals, sharing conversations, or planning the day's adventures.



Step outside to your own private backyard retreat. Enjoy the year-round hot tub, gather around the fire pit in the evening, shoot hoops on the basketball court, or dine together on the patio. The fully fenced backyard offers plenty of space for both kids and adults to enjoy.

Guests have access to the entire home and front and back yards.

Located in Spokane Valley's quiet Ponderosa neighborhood, this home offers a peaceful setting while keeping you close to everything the area has to offer. The neighborhood is primarily residential, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Please help us be respectful of our neighbors by observing quiet hours during your stay.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended to make the most of your stay, though rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the Spokane area.



The home is located near I-90, making it easy to explore Spokane and the surrounding communities. You'll be just minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and outdoor recreation.
