beautiful home

Home was beautiful. We didn't realize the stairs entering were so steep and as a result my mother fell. It was also difficult to use the master bath vanity as it was very high and we are short people. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and the home was beautiful.

Wonderful Home

Nice home.....with charm and nice decor. Very clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive and gave clear instructions. Beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is charming, quiet, and well maintained. Great location.

Beautiful living Spaces, beautiful set up, very accommodating. Nice backyard didn’t get to use it very charming. Would book again! Communication was great with host!

Charming and southern

Had a bit of a glitch accessing the property but Vicki was easy to contact and we were able to get in. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the basket of snacks. Front porch was a great reading spot. Neighborhood was great to walk and we were happy with the restaurants nearby. Enjoyed our stay.

The house was charming and clean. The host was nice and easy to work with. The neighborhood was also charming and safe. We wish we could have stayed a few more days to take advantage of the opportunity to swim.

It was nice but….

It would have been nice to have a listing of nearby eateries, things to do or places of interest and the wi-fi code listed with instructions for the stay. Lovely location and charming home with a shabby chic beachy feel. Overall a very nice experience.

Fort Jackson Graduation

Our family enjoyed a very comfortable stay in this home while we watched our son graduate from army basic training at Fort Jackson. The location and neighborhood was great and the host was kind and easy to communicate with.

Cozy Stay

Super cute home, more than enough space for my partner and I. We didnt want to go far for the weekend, and found a nice little nook in our city. The home itself is clean, and has essentials you may need while there for cooking, and bathing. I loved the backyard space and we were able to utilize the outside fireplace which was fantastic. I did want to use the inside, but we were not able it was locked. Also none of the rooms have a television so we had to stay in the livingroom for that. Overall very lovely home, and we would stay again !

Great location; great place

The cottage was great (at least as attractive as the pictures) and Vicki was helpful. Since there is no outside grill, it would be helpful to have a broiler pan to grill in the oven and a large stock pot for cooking pasta.

SC TRIP

Overall very nice property. I travelled with 3- 80+ year old family members and the shower in the master was a bit slippery. I brought grab handles with me for them which worked nicely in the second bath but the surface on the wall in the master would not allow creation of a seal. Also towel racks would be helpful. We had a great time visiting with family in the area- the location was very convenient. The neighbors were very friendly.

Perfect Getaway Location

The house feels like home which is exactly what you’re looking for when traveling! Very clean, well maintained, tastefully decorated, and supplies to satisfy what you need. There are a few places within the community that are walking distance like a restaurant, coffee shop, convenience store, nail salon and so much just down the street that you don’t have to travel far. The neighborhood where the house is located is safe, clean, and nearly picture perfect. It’s quiet for a good night’s sleep! You can walk for miles just exploring the community and not see it all. Street parking is safe and we always parked right out the front door. Highly recommend this house if you’re in the area. We booked this house for a wedding in Columbia and it was an easy drive to abd from.

This home is beautifully appointed in a lovely neighborhood near downtown Blythwood. We enjoyed the comfortable seating on the front porch and the cozy linens in each bed and bath.

Awesome. This was the perfect location for a ceremony at Fort Jackson. This home is perfectly decorated and very comfy. You really feel comfortable.

I have lived in Columbia for 37 years and raised three sons.
My career is in Real Estate and Design.
Renovating this cute Bungalow has been a lot of fun. I lived in it for 10 years.
Lake Carolina Community is amazing with a Lake , walking trails, bike trails, events, parks, pool and Town Center. Every Thursday they have the Farmers market in the Town Center. There are restaurants, nail spa, pet store, convenient store and much more there.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I love this home for many reasons. Some reasons are... it has 11 ft. ceilings and no carpet. Floors are beautiful dark hardwood. All modern appliances with large farm sink. Amazing lighting and very cool old Savannah brick that starts in the living room and wraps around to the back bedroom. It has a cool private office if you need to work.
Star gaze on the private white stone patio with oversized fireplace. Wood is provided for fire.
Drink your coffee and listen to the birds sing while swinging on the front porch.
I am the second owner of this lovely bungalow. This house has always been filled with love and laughter.

Benefits of staying here are.. Close to downtown Columbia, Historical Camden, Lake Murray, Lake Wateree, Golf, Gamecocks and great restaurants.
