We absolutely loved our stay! The property is beautiful, and the owner is an outstanding person/host! He has a great since of hospitality! 100% recommend the stay here, and will definitely be back!

Excellent property

Very clean and cozy. Location is on point and so are the owners. Communication was super easy with the owners. The place is absolutely lovely with plenty of cozy vibes. We will definitely book this every time we go to Dollywood.

Cabin retreat

The space had a wonderful cabin feel to it. Decorated wonderfully. Clean, had everything we needed for our stay. Great space for our group of 4 with a dog. Definitely on the list to stay at again.

Beautiful

We came down for PITS and my daughters 15th birthday. This place was perfect. Close to attractions, the waterfalls were amazing. I definitely plan on staying here again.

Great Stay

Had a great stay! Close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Very quiet. Beautiful scenery all around. The manager is very friendly and easy to get in touch with.

Super helpful host. Very nice accommodations. We loved the waterfalls and the bear theme of our condo (we counted 112 bears in our condo!). We will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Nice weekend trip

This place was really nice and very clean. It was the perfect size and plenty of room. My favorite part was sleeping in a comfy bed and listening to the waterfall at night. It was very soothing and can be heard from the bedroom. Will stay here again.

Nice little condo with cabin feel

Great little place for small group or couple looking for easy access to Gatlinburg, but with cabin like feel. Waterfall out front and small stream out back are perfect. Owners were great to work with and checked on us midway through to ensure our stay was going well. We would definitely rent here again.

Great location, got to see the wildlife up front when a bear had gotten itself trapped in the car next to ours. Take the bypass to skip all the lights

Clean comfortable pet friendly

This quaint little condo was perfect for us and our dog. It's very clean. Nice view from balcony. Beds are comfortable. Close to town but out of the busyness of downtown which was perfect for us. We will be back!

Great location, excellent setting.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy condo with beautiful waterfalls in the front and back door. It was so relaxing to listen to the soothing sound of the water and enjoy the natural scenery. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was also great, as it was close to downtown Gatlinburg and Ober Gatlinburg, where I had fun exploring the shops, restaurants, and attractions. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway in the Smoky Mountains.

Little piece of bear country right by downtown gatlinburg

The condo was very clean, quiet and comfy. We Loved having the waterfall right by the balcony. My boys had a blast in the pool. Dollywood was only 15 minutes away. The host, Brent, was very responsive and helpful. We loved staying there and will be back!

Great location away from the craziness of the strip, but still centally located to hikes, drives and activities! Check in wasn't initially sent, by a quick call and we were in! Thank you for being available for questions and sharing this space!

Extremely cozy and relaxing

The manager reached out immediately with information to check in and asked if anything else was needed. He also provided a quick response when adding another night to our stay! Everything was clean and anything needed outside of food was accommodated. Manager did give instructions for nearest grocery store :) waterfalls were relaxing and provided a meditative environment along with the cozy bear scene of the cabin like decor! We will be back!!

Nice property

We recently attended a wedding in Gatlinburg and stayed in this condo. It was very clean and well maintained. The waterfall at the door was very relaxing sleeping at night. Communication with the property owner was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Be careful when opening both the top and bottom dish holders in the dishwasher. The bottom tray will roll out.

Relaxing stay at a cute and very clean condo

We enjoyed our stay at this cute little condo. It was perfect for us. VERY clean. We loved the waterfalls. it was relaxing to hear the water rushing. The bed was a little uncomfortable for our liking, but that is a personal preference. The only negative was that the hot water did not last long in the shower, so make it a quick one. Kitchen was well stocked and the couch and recliner were comfortable. Overall, a great experience!!

The best little Cabin!!!!

We would HIGHLY recommend staying here! Not only is the sound of the streams so peaceful sitting outside either on the balcony or at the in ground pool, but this is the absolute cutest place!!! So, we loved it so much we actually bought a bunch of black bear things and are redoing our guest bedroom, grandchildren’s bedroom and guest bathroom!! If you stay here, you won’t be disappointed! It’s just far enough from the city that you can enjoy the little mile in and only took us about 15-20 mins to get to Pigeon Forge. They have a washer/dryer, and all the things you need! The best part; reading all the sweet notes in their notebook from all their guests who loved it!!! Sit back, relax and enjoy!!! We love it! The Huitt’s

Girls trips, weekend getaway

First off property was advertised as a new listing, so I chose it basically off photos alone… the price was hirer than others we had looked at BUT… the photos got me,… then the “owner” immediately reached out via text and and calling about if we needed anything and how to actually get to location and about leaving him a good review and this was first time on VRBO… well… the property is way up in the curvy mountains past Gatlinburg and the entrance way look worse than run down trailer park… no hot tub, no open pool… and the room wasn’t very clean for being Vrbo… the patio was stained carpet…. And all the blinds, pictures and stuff was dusty… the bed was very nice, clean sheets, decent towels, but you could definitely tell he was trying to get back into The tourist market… I would not have paid $400 for 2nights. But lesson learned. Oh forgot the owner did text me again a day before we was supposed to leave and then called day after we was supposed to be there and I told him that there was no open pool or working hot tub and dusty he said hmmm I’ll have to look into that and never called back or texted… fancy that! I dunno we have staying in a lot of Vrbo and it was not the best… Not our best experience.

There was no hot tub on my disruption of my property to begin with, pool did not open till after Memorial Day, property is only 1.5 miles from downtown Gatlinburg. You are literally the first one that has complained about anything at all. I’ve been renting this unit for four years and have NEVER had not one complaint ever. You are definitely over exaggerating your experience and this breaks my heart. I just recently placed this unit on Vrbo. My other property in Gatlinburg has over 130 5 star reviews with zero negatives.
