Welcome to our private beachfront villa, a world of its own tucked away in the lush tropical forest of the South Shore. We built this home as a place to truly unwind, where every detail is designed for comfort and privacy. This isn’t just a place to stay—it's an experience, with a level of quality you won’t find anywhere else in the Bay of Banderas. With 20,000 square feet of living space and another 20,000 square feet of gardens and outdoor living, it’s the perfect spot for family reunions or groups who want plenty of room to spread out and reconnect.

We're located just a scenic 10-mile drive south of downtown Puerto Vallarta, near the charming fishing village of Boca de Tomatlan. It’s the perfect way to have your own quiet corner of paradise while still being a short trip from the energy of the city. Step right outside the property onto a beautiful coastal hiking trail that leads to some of the most secluded and stunning beaches in the area. We’re also just four miles from the Botanical Gardens and the Puerto Vallarta Zoo. To see more of the coastline, you can always hop on a local water taxi to explore the quaint villages and hidden beaches nearby. A private path from the villa leads you right down to the beach and into town.

With 9 master suites, the villa comfortably sleeps up to 24 guests in 12 king-size beds, with two additional twin beds available. Each suite is its own private retreat, with a king-size bed, a cozy living area with a sofa and TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors slide open to a large private terrace, where you can soak in incredible views of the ocean, beach, and tropical forest.

Share a meal together under the 25-foot vaulted ceiling, where a gorgeous chandelier hangs over a glass dining table for 14. For more casual get-togethers, the chef’s kitchen has a dining island that seats eight.

An indoor garden separates the dining room from the living area—a huge, welcoming space with a wraparound sofa, a large TV built into a finely carved wood entertainment center, and a full bar. These rooms all open onto large terraces overlooking the beach. As you explore, you'll discover 14 bathrooms, a two-story indoor waterfall, and a grand entrance looking down on the main living space. There are also plenty of furnished nooks perfect for catching up with friends or just enjoying a quiet moment with a view of the ocean.

Our tropical gardens are a true highlight, filled with coconut palms and lush greenery that offer breathtaking views of the ocean and forest from every angle. Take a dip in one of our two pools. The first is a stunning infinity pool that blends right into the ocean, complete with a waterfall cascading down a massive natural rock formation. The second features its own incredible 60-foot-wide waterfall that tumbles into a nine-foot-deep pool—the cool, misty breeze it creates is heavenly on a warm day.

If you're planning an event, there's a full outdoor commercial kitchen ready to serve up to 150 guests. The outdoor dining space can be set up for a large party or an intimate family meal, all with unforgettable views.

From the gardens, a private walkway takes you directly to the beach and the village of Boca de Tomatlan. The villa's driveway has parking for up to 10 vehicles, and for your peace of mind, the entrance is staffed with 24-hour security. This is truly one of the most exclusive and private properties in Puerto Vallarta—the ideal setting for a getaway with friends, family, or a corporate retreat.

Your stay includes a dedicated team: three housekeepers for daily room service, two maintenance staff, and 24-hour security. Our staff does not reside on-site but will be present daily for 8 hour shifts.
***Please note*** STAFF GRATUITIES***. A customary gratuity of 10-15% of your reservation stay cost is recommended and greatly appreciated by our dedicated staff.

**Please Note:**
Chef services, kitchen staff, and a bartender are not included in the rental rate, nor is airport transportation. We would be happy to arrange these for you through our trusted local team. To ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for all our guests, we do ask that all on-site services be arranged through our vetted partners.

***PARTIES AND EVENTS***. Guest are welcome to host parties, events, and special dinners with live music and decorations for the reservation guest.
However, for large events like weddings , or other parties where there are invited outside guest not included in the reservation, there are applicable fees based on the number of invited guest and the space required for the event.

Policies to Note
1. ***NO SMOKING INDOORS.*** Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property or near open doors or windows . Smoking is allowed outside. A $250 USD fee will be charged for violation
2.***PETS*** Pets must be included in your reservation and a fee of $150 USD must be paid for each pet. Maximum of 2 pets under 10 pounds. Large pets are not allowed.
3***DRUGS AND ILLEGAL ACTIVITY*** All drugs and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, including public intoxication and disturbances. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund and loos of deposit.
