Perfect Accommodations

Our family of 13 stayed at Villa Los Arcos and it was absolutely perfect for us. The location was good, lots to do in Mismaloya area, close to lots of activities & excursions. The staff is what made it extra special - I can’t say enough good things about how wonderful they were to us. We can’t wait to stay again!

Gorgeous Villa with extremely breath taking views

It was my 75 birthday with family and friends. Just best relaxing memorable party for 9 days of great meals and the best staff. Alfonzo is the best! I stayed at the Villa before and will be back again.

Truly amazing. From the beautiful views, property manager, chef, cleaning, to the excellent weather. We can't say enough good things about this gorgeous property. The owner made sure we had everything we needed before we arrived. Alfonso the house manager took great care of us during our stay. The chef was excellent and we remained well fed. Exceeded expectations

We had such a wonderful trip. The hosts were very helpful, the staff was absolutely lovely and made sure we had everything we could've ever needed, and the food was absolutely delicious. We had multiple people with dietary restrictions and Carlos made sure we were all well-fed and had delicious meals. Could not get over the beauty of the property and how relaxing the trip was. Would definitely come back in the future!!

Amazing

The house is incredible! All the bedrooms were perfect and there's nothing like hearing the waves crashing in against the rocks below. The location was convenient being able to walk to the zoo & Mismaloya beach. I can't say enough about the whole entire staff - Alfonso, Carlos, Berta & Jorge. They made us all feel so welcome and Carlos' meals were out of this world. Hoping to return someday.

Villa Los Arcos

No words are adequate to describe our stay at Villa Los Arcos. Everything was amazing. From Alfonso our House Manager who took care of everything with a smile to Carlos our incredible chef to our Secutity Guard to Marissa and Berta. They did everything to make our stay the very best. And I haven’t even mentioned our beautiful villa. Thank you Bree for all your help too.

Too good.

Truly amazing stay. Too much to mention but retuning to the real world has been tough. Chef Carlos was amazing. Every meal you can eat at the house eat at the house. Meals were serve impeccably. Alfonso the house manager is so welcoming and kind. He was helpful with any request and ready at any time. If you want a once in a lifetime experience that is the definition of luxury this is it.

Our group spent 10 unforgettable days at Villa Los Arcos in Mismaloya, and it truly exceeded every expectation. The location is unbeatable — stunning views of the ocean, warm weather every day, and the sound of the waves just below the villa.What really set this stay apart was the amazing staff. Pancho, the concierge, made everything effortless — from organizing outings to anticipating anything we might need. Carlos, the chef, prepared incredible meals that became highlights of our days, and the rest of the team kept the villa spotless and welcoming. Every person we met there went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for.From start to finish, there wasn’t a single thing we would have changed. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful view!

We try to take our entire family on a vacation instead of Christmas gifts and birthday gifts. Poncho was very knowledgeable about the area and hooked us up with a boat trip to snorkel and go to a lovely beach! We also did a horseback ride into the mountains and a hike to a waterfall where the kids cliff jumped! Carlos is an excellent chief and I’m sure we all gained weight! Everything he made was beyond delicious! Berta kept the place up, washed towels and even did some personal laundry. Please book this place if you want a relaxing or active trip!

Exceeded expectations

The house was wonderful, the staff were helpful and supportive of any of our needs, the food was incredible. It was a perfect scenario for a staff retreat. The 6th bedroom, the retreat room, is just outside the main door of the house. If you have a full house, I'd recommend the heaviest sleeper taking that room - it is loud from the passing traffic. Otherwise it is perfect. I highly recommend having Poncho arranging a tour for the bioluminescence and some whale watching if the season is right.

A true dream!

Some of my friends, family, and I stayed here for my birthday weekend. It was true perfection because every detail was accounted for. Brooke helped take care of all questions, concerns, etc. before we stayed and the house staff took over from there ensuring we were taken care of. The food, view, drinks, and on and on were all amazing. If you are looking to splurge for a trip or just like to enjoy a slice of luxury then this property is for you. Get in the pool to wash all worries away while the staff makes your drink and when your night is ended you won't regret falling asleep in the Hammock stare gazing. The owner joked that we wouldn't want to leave and we didn't. Thank you Villa Los Arcos staff for making my birthday memorable.

Chiquita’s Groupies

If you have the pleasure of meeting the neighbor’s dog Chiquita, your stay will be even better than expected! Our stay at Villa Los Arcos was a dream. The view is unreal, and the pool was heated! We even saw whales and dolphins! We appreciated the signs in the bedrooms notifying us of potential gecko visitors and how we could drink the water. Those who stayed in rooms with mosquito nets remarked how they wished they had actually utilized the nets, as they were indeed bitten. Alfonso was super helpful in getting us a ride to the marina when our original ride was unexpectedly cancelled due to a road closure. Chef Carlos’s food was delectable! We felt safe returning from nights out with Jorge watching the house. Overall, we had the most wonderful trip!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and truly couldn’t have asked for more. The house is beautiful, very spacious, and offers stunning views of Los Arcos that we never got tired of. The villa felt very comfortable and welcoming, making it easy to fully relax and enjoy our time together as a family.The staff were truly amazing, very friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Everything was spotless and impeccably maintained, from the bedrooms to the pool to the kitchen. You could really tell how much care goes into the property. The beds were very comfortable, and it was also a huge plus not having to worry about getting groceries every day, which made the stay even more relaxing.One of the biggest highlights was the pool: being able to enjoy warm water even at night was such a luxury and really set this place apart from other properties we’ve stayed at. We had some unforgettable evenings relaxing in the pool, listening to music, playing cards with the family, and simply soaking in the incredible views.The nearby town is charming, easy to enjoy, and feels very pleasant to explore, with lots of great food options if you feel like going out for a meal or two. We especially enjoyed the zip line adventure with the kids. The private boat tour was fantastic as well, and dining at local restaurants that are only accessible by boat was a truly unique and memorable experience.We would absolutely love to come back and stay again.

We had a group of 10 meet at Villa Los Arcos to get together with a friend that recently received a tough medical diagnosis. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip and even installed a hand rail to help our friend get to their room due to their mobility challenges. The food was fantastic - we had multiple options to choose from every morning, fresh guac, salsa, and fruit every day, great margaritas, and delicious dinners. We mentioned that we were interested in a boat ride/tour and within 2 hours we were on the water snorkeling at los arcos and then went to a town only accessible by boat that included a short hike to a waterfall where we swam and had drinks. The house met all of our needs and the view from the deck and pool was awesome. The whole-house water filtration was a great bonus and made the entire experience more enjoyable. I've been on multiple trips to Puerto Vallarta with groups of friends and this was the first time no one has gotten sick.

Best vacation!

We had 12 family members and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time at this VRBO. Alfonso was amazing and really made the vacation. He was a great resource of what to do and where to go. He was a great guide on bike rides and hikes. He arranged a boat to take us whale watching, snorkeling and to a beach. We loved the location of the house (out of the city and short walk to very cool “village” and beach. The house was great. Had everything we needed. Our chef, Carlos, was amazing and we had delicious meals. Berta, the housekeeper, kept everything cleaned up after us and made us feel comfortable and at home. Jorge, was awesome to have and gave us peace of mind that we were safe. The view from the house was beautiful. The pool was warm and clean. There are lots of stairs and the house in my opinion would be hard with a toddler (we almost brought one and were relieved we didn’t). All in all it was a wonderful stay and vacation!

Beautiful property

Villa Los Arcos was amazing. There were 10 adults and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the pool looking out onto the spectacular view of the rocks, ocean and tropical foliage. Carlos kept us well fed with great meals for breakfast and dinner. The beds are extremely comfortable and everyone enjoyed their room. Note: the rooms are built into the cliffs in four levels so there are many stairs to climb. Poncho arranged all our transportation and brought in three people to do massages for the group one day.

Amazing vacation home!

Our trip was a family getaway for the nine of us all over the age of 21. We had the most amazing time at this tropical paradise home overlooking the beautiful rocky shoreline in Mismaloya, Puerta Vallarta. The jungle was all around us with the beautiful bay in front. The staff was so kind and generous with their time and expertise and guided us with our choices of activities. The houseman, Pancho, was a great source of information and booked our adventures for us. Carlos, the chef, prepared delicious meals for us....the house specialty for breakfast to amazing fresh fish dinners and desserts that tempted all of us to finish to the last drop. The Villa is on the ocean but the jungle is all around us so their were bugs. I recommend lots of repellant. The walk to the sandy beach was easy and fast the the beach was delightful. The ocean directly down from the Villa is also swimmable and the water is so clear and beautiful that we saw many spotted mantra rays, dolphins and fish from the pool. Lots of wild life live right around the Villa. It was a tropical paradise. We can't wait to go back!!

Well maintained house with beautiful view and competent staff

The Villa at Los Arcos is a very nice six-bedroom home that is kept in very good condition and well maintained. Views of the bay are wonderful. The property has all of the amenities you can ask for and a great full-time staff. Located on the main road leading from Puerto Vallarta to Mismaloya and just a minute drive to Mismaloya beach. Quiet and tranquil with an infinity pool, sauna, business station large, full kitchen, exercise room and six in-bedroom bathrooms. An additional bathroom is located next to the front door off a den. Up to date and tastefully decorated. The full staff takes care of all your needs. Will not disappoint.

Best view in Puerto Vallarta!!

Our family of 10 had a fantastic time at Los Arcos! Our stay was picture perfect! Alfonso took EXCELLENT care of us, and the food Carlos prepared was top notch!! The home is beautiful, and the view cannot be beaten…it took my breath away every day. Several highlights— *Alfonso arranging everything we needed, including Covid tests to return to the states, masseuse that came to the house, a guided hike to waterfalls, a boat rental for a day (at a much cheaper cost than advertised excursions). He also picked up hiking shoes for our son and taught a few of our boys to fish off the water access on the back of the home. *Whale watching from where we were having breakfast…eating Carlos’s delicious creations. *The sound of the waves crashing at night :) Highly recommend!

A little piece of heaven

This place is amazing!! The second you walk in the front door, you immediately know that the time spent here, will be worth every penny. The pool is stunning, and the fact that the kitchen, dining, and office areas are all outside, is simply unfathomable! Especially since we were coming from cold and windy weather just a few hours before. The hospitality the Alfonso and crew provide is second to none. And the food! Where do I even begin. When you say tacos, you get tacos....and a whole lot more. You can tell that Carlos takes his job serious. The meals that he prepared for our family were one of a kind and pretty much worth the trip all by itself. Gotta love the Mexican jelly! We enjoyed everything from pizza to king crab legs to ribs to tacos to fresh fish we caught that morning with a side of fettuccine alfredo. The food never ends and we are glad it didn't. Drinks were plentiful! The rooms were all so unique. Beds so comfortable. Showers were great and the ac was cold! One thing we did have to get used to was the noise. While one would think that the waves crashing into the rocks would be pleasant, several of our guest did make mention that it was loud and it kept them awake the first night or 2. The "retreat" room also had the noise of the trucks cruising down the street at all times of the day. All in all not bad, but worth noting for light sleepers. Party hard all day and it won't be a problem!!! Alfonso could not be a better host. He knew everything about everything! He really made us feel like family. We did go fishing one morning and I would highly suggest getting ahold of Efrain down at Mismaloya Beach. Super affordable and that man knows exactly where to go to catch the big fish! I'm afraid to explain to everyone how great this place is because I fear that it will become harder to book the next time we want to visit....but do it! Just book it and I will guarantee you, you won't be disappointed.
