While we are glad that the home met your needs for your vacation in Jackson, we are disappointed to hear that your group felt you did not receive the quality shown in the photos. We make every effort to be as transparent as possible when it comes to our listings and have not received this feedback in the past. While we can of course assure our guests that all photos are taken within the home, to accurately represent the quality of the property, we will certainly review the listing for any discrepancies. Hi Jeff, Thank you very much for taking the time to review your stay at Woodlands A5. First and foremost we want to reiterate our sincere apologies that a member of our team tried to enter the unit unannounced. After you notified us of this, we were able to figure out that our photographer mistakenly went to the wrong unit. As our team explained, he was scheduled to shoot Woodlands C5, not A5, and this was a result of a miscommunication with our team. Of course, we understand the alarm this caused and agree this was not acceptable. We want to assure you that we do not take situations such as this lightly and have addressed this internally. We are truly sorry for the negative impact on your vacation and hope you know this was an honest mistake. We are very disappointed to learn that you found the overall quality of the home to be lacking. While we would have been happy to send a member of our team to address the cleaning oversights had we been notified, we understand wanting to remain unplugged while on vacation. In response to the other items you mentioned, we have not received this feedback in the past. We do believe that the listing accurately represents the home in the photos as well as the advertised 1,007 square footage. That being said, we sincerely apologize that your group did not find the home to be comfortable. We have not received negative in the past and have made sure to do a thorough inspection and address any necessary items. Lastly, in response to the confusion regarding parking, this home has 2 spaces directly across from the front door. We have ensured that our team is clear on this in order to properly explain this to our future guests. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciated your patience as our team confirmed this information. Overall we truly regret that we did not provide you with an enjoyable experience.
