Our beach house sleeps 10 people with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Huge wrap around deck equipped with Weber grill (located below the house) plus fully covered awning to keep you and your family shaded on hot days with enough seating to accommodate 10 people.
Spacious home that includes:
· Primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom and queen bed
- 2nd Bedroom with queen bed located on 2nd floor
- 3rd bedroom with queen bed located on 2nd floor
Large bedroom 4th bedroom on 2nd floor with 2 twin beds, 1 twin daybed with trundle + play area for kids (includes foosball table)

Our home is the perfect place for your family beach retreat fully equipped with:

- Central air conditioning
- Well equipped kitchen that includes coffee maker, blender, french press, toaster, microwave, plus all the accessories you will need and plenty of grill equipment
- Internet/Wifi
- 3 Smart TV's
- Hot/Cold outdoor shower
- Foosball, board games, movies and more to occupy the kids when the parents want to enjoy happy hour!
- Water filtration system throughout the entire home
- 10-minute walk to the Store and to the beach or you can hop in a golf cart and be there in 2 minutes
- Beach chairs and beach towels and all linens included
- Golf Cart included in rental, must be at least 21 years old with a valid drivers license to operate
- 15 minute drive to Myrtle Beach International Airport
- PLUS umbrella stroller available upon request

Parking located below the house large enough for 2 cars, outdoor sink and 5 Adirondacks chairs perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach.
Absolutely no smoking or pets permitted. Violators will be subject to additional fees

Families must be 25 to Rent and renter listed must be at the home for the entire rental period. Home cannot be rented by someone on behalf of someone else.

Cleaning Fee - $300 includes linens and bath towels
Car Pass - $12 per day not included in rental

Wonderful Home away from Home

The house was very clean, organized, and spacious. Although, it was farther from the beach the golf cart included with the house made commuting super easy and fun. The front porch provied lots of seating and coverage duing the occasional thunderstorm and allowed for the breeze from the beach to be enjoyed. Everyone slept well in the beds and the air conditioning was nice and cold. I would come again and again.

Great vacation

This was our first vacation at Ocean Lakes. The property was perfect for our family. Lots of space and amenities. Home away from home. Great neighborhood. Great communication with property management. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Family Fun

Tern Around was the perfect place for our family getaway! The house is immaculate and fully stocked with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We cooked all of our meals, packed lunches to bring to the beach and had plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children to relax, enjoy a cocktail on the covered porch and spend quality time. The location was perfect, I love that it was on the end of the road so we had a little space. There’s a great seating area near the grill and a huge table on the upstairs covered porch. The golf cart was clutch for carrying beach essentials back and forth as well as for just cruising around and checking out the sites. Jamie was so nice and very responsive to any questions or requests. I highly recommend this rental for a family getaway!

Would absolutely stay again!

Rented this for a family vacation and it was perfect! Very comfortably slept 5 adults and 5 children (7 and under). Very well-kept, clean, and spacious. The owners were great to communicate with. Linens, beach towels and golf cart included was very convenient. Located in a quiet part of the community. A short golf cart ride was all it took to get to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome Stay

The house was exactly what our family wanted. It is beautiful , roomy and the porch was perfect. The house is located in a quiet area of Ocean Lakes. The golf cart allowed quick access to all of the amenities and the beach. The beach towels provided were so nice & appreciated , as was the beach chairs. The host responded quickly to any questions we had and was most helpful. I would recommend the house to everyone.

Perfect Vacation!

Tern Around was everything we hoped and more! We were a family group of 9 ages of 16-58. We had never rented through an online service before so we were apprehensive...for nothing! Located on a corner lot in a quiet area of the campground. Getting around from the campground was easy and close to shopping and restaurants. No problems communicating with the owner, appreciated the binder with tips. Keyless entry made it easy for everyone to do their own thing. The home was spotless. The 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths made sure no one was on top of one another. Fully stocked kitchen meant saving some money and more time with family. So much cookware and gadgets, it would be hard to not have something you needed. The wrap around porch had ceiling fans, plenty of seating with cushions and bug candles if needed. My family loved the large captains table outside for meals and playing game. Bedding and bath towels were provided. Washer and dryer were a saving grace. The younger group loved having their own space upstairs with dorm fridge for snacks and drinks. Beach chairs, boogie boards and bikes were on hand and we were surprised to find beach towels also provided! The golf cart was a huge hit and was used for a short ride to the beach, pool and shops in the campground. The grill and under porch area was great to hang out and watch fellow vacationers ride by. Outdoor shower was a plus after the beach. Everyone already asked if we were going back next year! Thank you for opening your home to us.
