Ceci est l'emplacement idéal pour des vacances en famille! Louer une maison de plage sur deux étages sur pilotis situé dans le terrain de camping familial Ocean Lakes. Site # 1169. Notre maison de plage lumineuse et joyeuse est un emplacement de choix pour les familles avec de petits enfants ou les personnes qui ne veulent pas une longue promenade à la plage!
Vous serez louer directement par VRBO / HomeAway et moi, Russell Oyer, le propriétaire de cette maison. Il n'y a pas d'agence de location ou de gestionnaire immobilier impliqué. «Le propriétaire, l'exploitant ou le commanditaire de ce site ou de cette promotion n'est pas affilié ou parrainé par Ocean Lakes Family Campground, L.P. Il suffit de prendre 77 marches et vos orteils sont dans le sable !! Nous sommes situés à seulement 4 maisons de l'océan avec une belle vue sur la plage et l'océan depuis le pont. Si vous avez jamais connu un séjour à Ocean Lakes Family Campground vous êtes dans un vrai régal. Donc, beaucoup de choix, que devez-vous faire en premier? Détendez-vous sur la plage, rendez-vous au parc aquatique et à la piscine de taille olympique, descendez la rivière Lazy, regardez les enfants s'amuser dans le parc aquatique, prenez des glaces, mangez au snack-bar, faites une balade sur une voiturette de golf, pêcher dans votre choix de sept lacs, Oh, et vous pourriez aller aux terrains de jeu en bord de mer, jouer au mini golf, basket, shuffleboard, fers à cheval, ou vous pouvez simplement vous asseoir sur le pont et boire un verre tout en regardant l'océan! Tout cela et de ne jamais laisser le terrain de camping! Que pourriez-vous demander de plus? Quoi que vous choisissiez, je suis sûr que vous apprécierez faire des souvenirs de famille qui dureront toute une vie!
Nous gardons notre maison avec des équipements comme vous le feriez. Notre objectif est de vous faire sentir que vous restez dans une maison d'amis, pas seulement une location.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this house. The location. The host. It was all just perfect. We’ve stayed in various houses over the last 14 years and by far this house was the most well equipped of any we’ve ever stayed in. The host was the most responsive and helpful. The house was clean. Easy access to beach you could walk !! We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you Mr Oyer!

Property very complete for our needs. Grandkids love be close to the beach and all of activities of the Ocean Lakes Campground. Would highly recomm end this property for a fun and complete vacation.

Perfect house and location!

The house was perfect for our 2 family group with friends. It was SO close to the beach, we didn’t have to worry about getting the rented golf cars back from the teens while they were out and about so that we could get to the beach which was great-such an easy and fast walk to the beach! The location was in a quiet area where you could easily get to the action if you wanted to. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. When the air conditioning didn’t seem to be working, the owner came to the house within 30 minutes and fixed it. I can’t think of any negatives to say!

A place for everyone in the Family

The home was beautiful. All things you need for a wondeful vacation, ocean view, a few steps to the beach, board games if it rains, plenty of space in the home, organized, and clean. Russ was a wonderful host so fast to respond and help with not only questions I had about the beach house but helpful with tips of things to do as well. This is a must stay for any family.

Well appointed, great location!

Russ was an amazing communicator and host. The house was very well stocked with blankets and spices and we really liked the “pay it forward” attitude; leaving little treats for the next guest. The house is the perfect size and was very clean. Easy access to the beach and we loved that we could use the beach chairs and toys for the kids since flying with those items is impossible. We will be renting from him again. Thank you for a great vacation!

Great beach house

We were grateful the owners allowed us to book a short stay at their beach house. This beach house was very clean, beautifully decorated, well taken care of, had a well supplied kitchen and very close to the beach. Owner was also a joy to work with.

Great Get a Away at Ocean Lakes

My family and I enjoyed staying at this delightful home. It was so nice just being steps away from the beach. We love the fact that the kitchen was roomy with lots of eating space. Also love the outdoor seating on the front deck. The house was spacious and felt like home. We look forward to staying back at this home again!

A little bit of Heaven!

The Oyers beach house was perfect!! They provide a well appointed beach retreat! Their attention to detail made my extended stay care free and most enjoyable. The location provides beach access and I will miss my daily beach walks. There are many places in the area to rent, but I feel I made an excellent choice in renting from the Oyers

Amazing

This was an amazing vacation. I can not say enough good things about the owner. He would respond to any questions immediately and also gave his cell number if any issues arose. The house was very clean and so close to the beach that we were able to take pictures from the porch. There were even beach toys and chairs so we didn't have to bring them on our 13 hr drive to Myrtle Beach.

Loved our Stay

My family stayed here during Christmas week (Dec 21 - Dec 28 2019) and absolutely loved it. The house is amazing from top to bottom. Very clean and well appointed. My wife loved the way it was decorated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. As far as the location, it is hard to beat. It is only a few steps from the beach and all of the ammenities of Ocean Lakes. We would definitely recommend staying here.

I loved the house & the location was perfect.

We enjoyed our week. The house was great ,the golf cart parades at night were a hit with our kids . They enjoyed the basketball and volleyball courts . We enjoyed the pool and slides a lot . It was such a relaxing place. We honestly didn’t have to leave the OL much at all . We would definitely go back.

Great Beach Getaway

Our family of 8 had a great time at the beach for Spring Break even though it was a bit chilly. We enjoyed the stocked home and had everything we needed! The only thing that seemed to be an issue was the water getting cold when we were all trying to take showers (we’re used to our tankless water heater!) Overall, we had plenty of space and a great view! Enjoyed playing cornhole on the deck. Thanks again!

Home away from home

Our family had a wonderful time at this beach house. It was very clean and spacious. We had family with little ones that were able to have their own space and sleep peacefully. This house is located just yards away from the beach which made it so convenient to walk back and forth. The owner is very easy to communicate with and answered any questions l had promptly. We will definitely rent this house again.

Fantastic Week!!

We had such a great week! House was perfect for our needs. Ocean Lakes in itself is a great location for kids and adults, from the water park, basketball courts, cornhole etc. This location made it even better because it was so close to the beach! The owner, Russ, was also super attentive, responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process and that really makes a difference. We will definitely be back!

Fun House in a Great Location

This beach house really is exactly 77 steps to the beach. It is decorated in a fun decor and is very spacious and comfortable. We like to cook and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. The weather was cold and very rainy so we did not get to enjoy the spacious decks and furniture. The only thing missing was our grandchildren. Guess we will have to come back!!

Very impressed!!!

My family had a wonderful stay! The house comfortably fit 9 of us- 5 adults and 4 children. We all agreed that the house was better than described! The kitchen did not lack a thing! All the dishes, pots and pats and even a coffee maker, microwave, toaster and blender made the stay easy. The proximity to grocery stores to fill to the fridge and pantry was great! The 4 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms gave everyone the space they needed. The living room and dining room made evenings easy and comfortable. The house truly is wonderful! It's so close to the beach and the bin full of chairs and sand toys makes a beach day just right! We all enjoyed walking the Ocean Lakes property and visiting the pool and Sandy Mart. Russ was easy to communicate with and very easy to work with. My son and I, my parents and my sister's family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in April 2016. I immediately came home and encouraged people to check out Ocean Lakes properties via Home Away (specifically Russ) and book an affordable and awesome vacation!

Best Beach House!!!

I have stayed here once before and came back to the same house because of the location, cleanliness and amenities of the house inside the Campground. The pictures matched the house perfectly. Its is just footsteps away from the beach which is a huge plus. The house is in excellent shape and decorated beautifully. There is so much room in this house, the porch is big and has a great view of the beach. The bedrooms are large and have a nice beach theme to them. The kitchen is large as well and is fully stocked with everything you can possibly need. Everything is up to date, Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, TV's, internet, you want for nothing when you stay here. The owners were very accommodating, friendly and were always available to answer any questions at anytime. I would highly recommend this house to anyone and with no doubt stay at this house again when returning. There are some many attractions and restaurants to choose from, Broadway on the beach, Barefoot landing, Pirates Voyage are some attractions we go to all the time. Crabby Mikes, Crackle Barrel, Dead Dog Saloon, Seafood Fare, Drunkin Jacks and the list goes on, so many places to choose from to eat. Also if you want a night to stay in, the Campground provides everything you need. A fully stock grocery store, two ice cream shops, where you can also order quick item foods, hamburgers, chicken fingers, hotdogs, etc. Play around of miniature golf, take a nice stroll on the beach at sunset or just sit back on the porch that has a nice view of the ocean. I hope my review was helpful to anyone looking to have a great peaceful vacation, footsteps from the beach.

First Family Vacation

This past summer we decided to take our first family vacation with my then 16 month old son. We had the grandparents and uncles in on the vacation too, and what a perfect place to start this tradition! The house has everything you need to feel at home, comfy couches, nice size bedrooms, gates for the stairs if you have a little one, and so nicely decorated! The master bedroom was the perfect size for having a little one with you. Plenty of room to set up a pack 'n play and have extra room to move around. A hall closet provided extra storage for luggage, towels, and odds and ends. The kitchen is a great size with a large pantry (I like to put things away), and everything you would need to cook a family meal. Basics, like salt and pepper, and hand soap were all there to use! There is one bedroom on the main floor, around the corner from the kitchen, another storage closet, and washer and dryer tucked away in a double door closet in the kitchen. Everything is conveniently laid out and bathrooms are good sizes! And most importantly everything is maintained and very clean! The absolute best part is how close to the beach you are! 77 steps is not an exaggeration! The beach is nice and short too, so you can be swimming in the ocean in less than 5 minutes! Rent a golf cart from Ocean Lakes and scoot around the campground! The recreation center pool is very large, with a splash area for kids, and an additional baby pool. My best advice though is to check out the recreation center on your first day (or second) to find out what is going on for the week. They have lots of activities, and discounts on shows in the area, and I am sure much more! But why leave Ocean Lakes, everything you need is right there! Book this house for a great family vacation!

Amazing stay at this property

The house was absolutely perfect. Aside from it’s awesome location, the house was well stocked with all the comforts that you can’t always bring with you on vacation. The cabinets were stocked with all the essentials (spices and all staple pantry items) and it was easy for us to relax and enjoy our home away from home for a week. It’s easy to tell that the home owners have their guests in mind and do all that they can to ensure that we’re comfortable and have the best stay.

We reside in Murrells Inlet, SC. I grew up in NJ. My wife is originally from WV. Our son is a 911 dispatcher for the Rockland County, NY Emergency Services and our daughter, who is a speech pathologist, lives in Alaska with her husband and 2 young daughters.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our family has vacationed in Ocean Lakes every summer since we discovered the place in 1992. Our kids loved the place and still do as adults. We would bring their bikes and when they weren't on the beach they would ride to the arcade or pool. In 2006 we purchased our beach house and are happy to give other families the chance to have the Ocean Lakes experience

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We fell in love with this house because of the closeness to the beach. 77 steps! No need to drive the golf cart or look for a parking spot. The open floor plan is also an attribute.
