I am so sorry your vacation was short of perfect. Yes, the house was fumigated just before you arrived, with no time to come back. These are services that are scheduled by the fumigation company. About the smell, we hired a plumbing company that came after you left and did a complete plumbing cleaning, and that took care of the smell. Please let us know next time you come, and we'll give a good discount for the trouble

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I would like to clarify several points. The house had been fumigated prior to your arrival, which can cause roaches to appear afterward. This was not due to uncleanliness during your stay. Regarding cleaning, a cleaning person was available; however, they are not permitted to enter the property without authorization. Even when someone was inside the house, the door was not opened, and no authorization was given for entry. As for maintenance, I never received authorization for maintenance personnel to enter the house if no one was present. Without that authorization, they could not access the property during your stay. After your departure, maintenance inspected the master bedroom shower and did not find any blockage or plumbing issue. The only water observed was residual water left on the bathroom floor after use. You did have my contact information, and I did not receive a call from you to coordinate access. When the issue was reported, I offered to send someone to assist, but arrangements could not be finalized without proper coordination and authorization. I regret that your experience did not meet expectations; however, several of the issues described were related to access limitations rather than lack of willingness to resolve them.
