Oceanfront property perfect for an authentic puerto rican vacation up to 13 guests. Property is divided in 4 apartments ideal for privacy within the family or friends group. By booking with us, you and your guests will enjoy the entire property. Privately gated with direct access to our beach area, perfect for a sunbath. Just 40 steps and you will be touching the sand and salty water. Property counts with pool, indoor parking, Wi-Fi and more.

In total we count with 4 apartments, 5 bedrooms, 7 beds, 4 bathrooms, 4 kitchens/kitchenettes.
Each apartment counts with individual access.
The property is divided as follows:
1. A two bedroom apartment at the first floor that accommodates 3 up to 6 guests. The first bedroom counts with a queen size bed, A/C, closet & TV/DirecTV. and the second room with two queen size beds, A/C, closet & TV/DirecTV. Bathroom and a full equipped kitchen is shared by the same guests staying in this apartment.
2. A studio apartment at the second floor that accommodates up to 2 - 3 guests. Equipped with a queen bed, twin bed, A/C, 45'' Smart TV/DirecTV, closet, private bathroom, kitchen and private terrace.
3. One bedroom apartment at the second floor accommodates up to 2 guests. Counts with a bedroom equipped with a queen size bed, A/C, 32'' Smart TV/DirecTV, closet, private bathroom and kitchenette.
4. One bedroom apartment at the second floor accommodates up to 2 guests. Counts with a bedroom equipped with a queen size bed, A/C, 32'' Smart TV/DirecTV, closet, private bathroom and kitchenette.
Each kitchen or kitchenette counts with: stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, coffeepot, tableware, pots/pans, basic utensils, dining table and chairs.
Essentials provided: bed linens, pillows, 1 blanket per bed, toilet paper, bathroom towels, beach towels.
Group can fraternize in our living room area and share at outdoors. Outdoors include pool, gazebos and dining area, patio and oceanfront deck area. Come and enjoy the ocean view and the breeze at our terrace, balconies or beach deck.
Guests have access to 4 parking spots in the garage. WE RECOMMEND TO RENT COMPACT VEHICLES.

Reservations of +7 nights include scheduled laundry access and one cleaning service during mid-stay.
Property counts with water tanks and generator in case of emergency.
Gated access and 24/7 surveillance security cameras on exterior areas of the property.
A maximum of 13 guests is accommodated, including minors and babies. All infants and minors should be included and counted in the total sum of guests. Only registered guests and number of guests listed on your booking are allowed to stay and enjoy the property. Visitors and friends are not allowed at the property.
We are in located Piñones, Puerto Rico. Only 5 miles from SJ International Airport, popular beach spots, grocery stores, car rentals, restaurants and more night life. We recommend renting a car if you plan is to visit different areas. Just 10 miles from Old San Juan, 26 miles from National Rain Forest and 43 miles from Ceiba's Terminal Ferry.
Piñones is a neighborhood part of LoĂza (adjacent to Isla Verde - Carolina municipality). Famous for the finger food and local restaurants along PR-187 Road, where you can eat mofongo, pinchos, sea food, alcapurrias, bacalaitos and more. Also you will find an 14 mile boardwalk between the beach spots and mangrove. LoĂza is also known as the âThe Capital of Traditions". One of the few places in Puerto Rico where our heritage is vividly represented and kept alive through the bomba & plena music, notably by the Hermanos Ayala and Los Cepedas.
Bomba dance lessons are available at walking distance from our property at COPI. The boardwalk is perfect for a walk, jogging, cycling or simply connecting with nature. Kayaks, bicycle and jet-ski rentals and fishing tours available at walking distance too.
On weekends and holidays locals and tourist love to visit and enjoy the area. Live bands and musicians appear at various places in the area, where you can enjoy music. You might find traffic congestion.
WE ALWAYS RECOMMEND TO RENT COMPACT VEHICLE if you need daily transportation or planning to visit different areas/move around. On peak season such as spring, summer and holiday's weekends traffic is common. UBER is available and affordable option to move around for short distances during weekdays.
TAXI: A taxi desk available at the airport's terminal exit. Flat rate according to the address. Rates start at $ 12 dollars, plus $2 dollars for each person and suitcase. Example, 2 guest and 2 suitcase the rate is around $15 to $25 (night rate) from the airport to our property. Adding stops implies another charge, consult with driver.
