Relax in your private hot tub while enjoying breathtaking sunsets over the Great Salt Lake. This spacious ground-level 3-bedroom guest suite features a private entrance and is conveniently located just minutes from Salt Lake City Airport, downtown SLC, hiking trails, and world-class ski resorts.

Cozy-up with a book in the reading nook overlooking Antelope Island and the Great Salt Lake, enjoy a movie with friends and family in the spacious living room, or go head-to-head on the gaming system with 1000s of classic arcade, GameBoy, Nintendo, XBox, etc. games. Turn-on the fireplace for extra warmth and added comfort in the winter or enjoy an amazing sunset from your private hot tub and patio.

The kitchenette contains everything you’ll need to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You’ll find plenty of pots & pans, utensils, basic spices, a 2-burner cooktop, and large toaster oven / air fryer stored in the cabinets. We also supply coffee (Keurig & drip machines), tea, and hot chocolate for our guests.

Bedroom 1 contains a king bed with a heated mattress pad, work desk, and Roku tv.

Bedroom 2 contains a king bed with a heated mattress pad, dresser, and Roku tv.

Bedroom 3 contains a queen bed with a heated mattress pad, work desk, and Roku tv.

If you are traveling with small children, please let us know if you need anything. A pack-n-play is available for sleeping, but we may also be able to provide some other age appropriate items for your little one to enjoy!

Two parking spaces are available for guest use in the driveway. Walk down the stone steps to the backyard to your private entrance. You will have exclusive use of the backyard and patio during your stay, complete with a hot tub, outdoor seating area, hammock, & cozy fire pit - perfect spots for your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

Hosts live upstairs with our family and two small dogs. Like most multi-level homes, occasional normal household sounds may be heard during daytime hours. White noise machines are provided in every bedroom to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

During the winter, we typically have the steps and driveway cleared of snow by ~9:00 AM. A snow shovel and salt is kept outside for guest use as needed.
