There is room for everyone in the three story vacation rental! This home is beautifully up to date! It features an open concept layout on the main level. Perfect for entertaining and making memories with loved ones. Expect all new living furniture and additional seating/ lounge area! Retractable baby gates will be added to both staircases on the main level.

The lower level will be a perfectly equipped family friendly space with a TV and games for the kids to enjoy!

Begin your mornings or end your days in the lush backyard with a patio table and umbrella for outdoor dining! A grill is provided for BBQ's with family and friends.

Located in desirable Bonnet Shores neighborhood--with access to a beautiful private beach called Kelly Beach (one of RI's best kept secrets!) that has gentle waves--perfect for kids!

You are conveniently located near some of Rhode Island's best restaurants, awesome water sports, hottest nightlife are just minutes away. And for convenience - amenities: banks, pharmacies, shopping centers, and grocery stores are around the corner. Quick access to Newport, Jamestown, Wickford; 40 minutes to Foxwoods, Mohegan Sun, Providence. Can't ask for more when vacationing!

BLT provides high thread count linens for all beds including the sofa pull out and 10 bath sets ( large bath, hand and face cloth )
Bed & Bath are delivered to the property in clear bins after being cleaned and sanitized prior to the arrival. They will be located on the bedroom level.

For your convenience, starter supplies are also provided. These include, at minimum: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, shampoo and conditioner sets, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. We kindly ask that you plan to bring any additional supplies needed beyond these starter items.
