The Firehouse Cabin is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin that is located in the heart of downtown St Helen. Just minutes away from the lake and the ORV trails. Look forward to coming back to the cabin after a day of fun to enjoy a nice bonfire, games with friends and family, or relax and use the wi-fi or streaming services included with your stay. There are basic essentials available in the cabin and use the garage for your summer and winter toys. Only a 15 minute drive to West Branch or Houghton Lake.

Check in was easy. Wifi was very streamlined all i had to do was scan a qr code. Kitchen was well stocked.Home was very well cared for, propery was nicely lanscaped and taken care of.

Quick trip to St Helen

Everything was excellent. We appreciated the thoughtfulness of the hosts that was made apparent by the little things: beach towels, first aid kit, coffee and tea bar, etc. My only recommendation would be to bring a humidifier if you're sensitive to dry air in colder weather. All together: a definite 5 star rating.

The Fire House. We love that the house had everything we needed and then so much more. It was close to the ORV rental and trails. The house and property was clean. This business is run right. I would definitely return in future.

Perfect place to stay!!

Owners have it set up perfectly. They go above and beyond. There are even lots of fun games and things to do if the weather is raining. Nice and close to orv trails. Great restaurants in town also.

Great Cabin

The Firehouse Cabin is really a neat place to stay. The interior is rustic with firefighter decor throughout. It is very clean and inviting. The owner promptly replied to me when I had a question regarding the tv, which was immediately resolved over the phone. Overall, an amazing place!

We LOVE this place. We get it every time we go to St Helen (if it’s available). It is comfortable, clean, extremely well stocked and in a great location! You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Birthday UTV riding

3 adults over 60 stayed for the weekend. The cabin is nice, clean and well-maintained. Our only trouble was with the lock on the door, we would push in the code, but it wouldn’t unlock. It would take at least five tries before it would work and the poor owner being bothered. The only other thing was figuring out the thermostat when we first got in there. It’s a great little cabin. Great for us seniors to stay in while the kids were in a separate cabin, a block or two away, made for a wonderful vacation.

Great place to stay!

Cute place to stay. Everything was clean and as noted in the listing. Nice amenities provided. Host was very quick to respond to messages. Short couple minutes ride to the ORV trails. Very nice to be able to use the garage to store our ORV overnight. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place to stay while SXS riding in St. Helen

A very nice/clean/cozy place to stay near the heart of St. Helen for SXS trail riding. The owner was helpful, friendly, and understanding. Would recommend this rental to anyone.

Hi, I am looking forward to allowing you to use my space to create memories with friends and family. I have 2 young boys who absolutely love being at the cabin. By day I am a marketing manager for a automotive dealer group and by night I am a Firefighter/EMT.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I only had one place in mind when I was searching for a cabin and that was St Helen. This is one of the few places in Michigan that you can truly enjoy all 4 seasons close to the cabin. It is either a quick ride to the lake to enjoy the beach, boating, and fishing or jump on a side by side or snowmobile to hit the trails. All the fun while still being right downtown with shops, restaurants, and local events to enjoy all year long. When you want to adventure out, it is only a 15 minute drive to West Branch or Houghton Lake. I wanted to find a place my boys could enjoy while I could relax and unwind for a long weekend.
