Ideal for families, friends, or romantic escapes, this single-family home features a fully stocked quaint kitchen, two cozy bedrooms plus a charming enclosed porch converted into a unique sleeping area with a rustic metal shower and private bath. This thoughtfully designed area, complete with extra A/C units and a space heater for cooler months, ensures comfort all year round, while central HVAC keeps the main home perfectly temperate.
