This 3 bedroom / 2 bath home sits on a large lot w/50' of Archer Lake frontage, complete with your private 30ft boat dock. Archer Lake is part of the 17 Mile Coldwater Lake Chain and is a short boat ride away from Marble Lake.

In addition to the 3 bedrooms with queen beds, we've also included two futon couches in the lower level and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the main level family room. This home is in stunning condition.

But it doesn't stop there! The huge yard and outdoor gazebo are sure to be enjoyed by the whole family. You'll love having your morning coffee while sitting on the outdoor deck complete with electric awning. Your kids will love jumping into the lake off the private dock or the stairs leading into the water for hours of swimming fun. All family members will love kayaking around the lake in the two 10ft Kayaks that are provided.

No need to pack up your house, we've provided everything for you. This house is fully furnished with everything you need, including a Weber Charcoal grill for the grill master in the family. All you need to bring are your personal items & family lake toys.

We also have a 22ft Pontoon you can rent that will be at your dock when you arrive. The pontoon rents for $850 a week and can seat 12-people. Ask about the availability of the pontoon when you book your reservation.
