Super fun house with bikes, arcade games, & a BARn!

This super fun house is perfectly located in Riverside; Jacksonville's best neighborhood.

It features two new bikes for you to use, as well as arcade games, board games, Wii, corn hole, a fire pit, and a unique country music BARn in the backyard!

Walk to bars, restaurants, yoga studios, shops, & more. We'll also send you our local guidebook with things to do, where to shop, and where to eat and drink.

It's the perfect space for couples and families as well as business and solo travelers.

We're frequent travelers and we've done our best to account for all the things that we enjoy during OUR travels.

All three bedrooms -- and the living room -- have new TCL Roku TV's. They're already logged into Sling TV, Netflix, ESPN+, and Disney+, but feel free to log us out and log yourself in.

The backyard features an incredibly unique country western themed BARn. That's right, it's a barn that we converted into a bar! There's a Big Buck Hunter video game (no cash needed), a 55" Roku TV, electronic darts, mini fridge, JBL G00gle speaker and more. It's the perfect spot to hang out with friends, watch a game, listen to some music or have a few pints.

We also have strategically placed smart speakers throughout the home -- and they're linked together! Want to hear your favorite music throughout the house? Just ask G00gle. There's also super fast WiFi.

The front bedroom features a Ms. Pac-Man/Galaga arcade game as well as a Wii and a Game Boy. There are plenty of fun board games in the living room, too.

The bedrooms and living room also have a variety of chargers for all of your devices. There are usb-c chargers, micro-usb chargers, Apple chargers, and even Qi wireless chargers on the nightstands!

The kitchen is full of snacks, sodas, a bottle of wine for you, and spices/oils/etc for cooking. The kitchen has pots, pans, microwave, toaster, tea kettle, etc. For coffee, there's a Keurig machine with more k-cups then you'll ever be able to drink. And there's also a french press with ground Illy coffee. For you tea drinkers, there's an electric tea kettle with a variety of teas.

For breakfast there's Umpqua Oats oatmeal, Kind bars, and Nutrigrain bars as well as a selection of Taylor's Fine British Teas and the aforementioned coffee.

The bathroom is stocked with individually packed toiletries, in case you forgot something. We also provide human-sized bars of Dove soap, as opposed to those tiny little hotel bars of soap.

Oh, and we just installed a tankless water heater to ensure you can take that long shower you deserve!

Need to do some laundry? No problem, we have a washer, dryer, and detergent. There's also have a nice ironing board and iron for you to use.

Care to unwind and enjoy the weather? There's a lovely little fire pit with firewood, starter logs, adirondack chairs, and 'smores kits. (and bug spray, just in case)

Oh, and we also have beach chairs, beach towels, sunscreen, a beach tote and umbrellas in case you're headed out to Jax Beach!

And to be clear, you'll have absolutely the entire property. This is not an apartment, not a divided home, not a loft, and not a carriage house. There are plenty of deceptive listings out there that inaccurately claim to be "entire property." Watch out for that!

This home is 95 years old but we've done a ton of work on it and we think you'll love it as much as we do!
