We had an excellent stay here! Nice place with beautiful views. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the bay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The parking area was kind of tight for a truck but everything else was wonderful!

We would definitely stay here again! The place was clean, had a beautiful view, and the host was friendly and easy to communicate with! The only thing I would say is if you are driving a pickup truck the parking spaces can be tight fitting but definitely a minimal thing and didn't impact our trip! Would definitely recommend staying here!

The place was nice but we had a couple of big issues. First, the AC was on 75 degrees when we arrived on the main floor and it was almost 80 degrees in the master bedroom. We tried to lower the temp down on the thermostat but the owner kept changing it remotely. For the first few days it was humid inside and in the mid 70s. We tried to turn the thermostat below 70 and the owner kept turning it back to what it was. Supposedly they have a new AC unit but it wasn’t until the last couple of days that it was around 72 inside.Second, we understood the place had basic cable. It did not so we couldn’t watch the news or the World Cup games in English. That was disappointing and when I asked about I was told the cable worked. It did not work and eventually we just gave up.I feel that at that price point having a comfortable place and basic cable channels should be included.

Wonderful rental property

We love it here and have stayed multiple times. It’s beautiful, clean, and family friendly. You can’t go wrong staying here. We will continue renting here!

Another amazing stay!

At this point, Patty’s Place is our go-to spot in OCMD! It’s great proximity to the hustle and bustle of the city, but then you get to stay in the beauty and calm of the bay. My family always leaves feeling so much more relaxed and satisfied after staying at Patty’s!

Family Vacation

I stayed here with my family for our little vacation. It was nice and cozy it felt like home. Everything was so easy to book and the property manager was awesome she replied to every question so promptly. The place is beautiful very clean and very well kept.

Traveled to OCMD for a basketball tournament. Patty’s place was lovely. Very nicely decorated & CLEAN. Such a relaxing place to unwind at the end of some busy days.

Beautiful bayfront location,as pictured,which we loved. We planned to drive up to Coastal Hwy for beach access based on another review re: parking near the Acme. Condo very clean and well appointed. Yearly summer vacation in OCMD

BEST experience ever! We have been coming to Ocean City for 10 years and this was the first time we stayed at a condo. The location was amazing, right on the bay. I enjoyed having my morning coffee on the balcony every day. I can’t say enough about the location and how amazing and clean the condo was. Definitely will book again. Check in and check out was so easy. Patty made this stay one of our bests vacations in OCMD.
