A contemporary twist on a beach bungalow with 2bd/2ba ideally located between PCB and iconic 30A. This gorgeous home is a perfect vacation getaway for a family or couples retreat.

Highlights include; hardwood floors, a spacious screened-in porch, a sleek modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, and open concept dining/ living space. The exterior of this home has a sizable screened-in patio featuring a large dining table with seating for six and an outdoor loveseat, where you can sit awhile in the ocean breeze and sip a cold, refreshing beverage.

Kitchen, dining & living have a bright and airy open concept design with hardwood floors, beautiful lighting fixtures, and faint aqua walls the color of mist on the Gulf of Mexico. State-of-the-art stainless steel appliances include; a gas stove, french-door fridge with ice maker, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

The stylish kitchen has white cabinets and a sleek breakfast bar with additional seating. Just the spot to sip your morning cafecito!
The dining room has a formal, distressed wood, Spanish colonial-style dining table with seating for six or more. Prepare a classic home-cooked surf & turf dinner.

The living room has coastal textiles and hues; plush sofas (there’s a queen-size sleeper sofa), a loveseat, 2 ottomans, elegant lamps, and vibrant, beachy wall art, all nicely arranged around an entertainment center and flatscreen TV. All bedrooms have top-of-the-line mattresses, sumptuous linens & bedding, flat-screen TVs, ceiling fans, and splashes of coastal decor.

Beautiful stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at this house was perfect! It was the perfect size for us and another couple. The kitchen came equipped with pots, pans, utensils. The outside patio was perfect for the few rainy days we had to not be cooped up in a house. The location was not as close to town as we would have liked to be but still only a 10 minute drive from many bars, restaurants, and things to do. The house was clean, the outside was well kept, and the host answered any questions we had. The house did not have any beach chairs so prepare to either buy them or rent them. Overall, our trip was great, we would come back here.

Clean, comfortable and Awesome!

Communication was exceptional, we were a bit worried as price was very low for what we are used to paying. That was unfounded, much nicer than price reflects! Beds comfortable, house was quiet and clean! We could not be happier!

Really need a golf cart for this location. Public parking is not labeled or advertised which meant walking was the only option. May be better during a non peak season.

Very nice house. Although there were a few things that my husband and I tried to contact the management property about and no one ever got back with us. But overall a good stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was very clean and neat right down to the bedsheets. Very well furnished and comfortable. We could see ourselves (2) living in a house like this here. Very well supplied with towels, all kitchen, utensils, and appliances. Beds were very comfortable. Rental is approximately five minutes from beach. Great location unless you are wanting beachfront. We were extremely satisfied with our stay. We only had one small hiccup with a TV but manager/personnel were very helpful, extremely friendly and right there to fix the issue. We would definitely stay here again. Five stars out of five! I would be glad to answer anyone’s questions about this rental.

So close yet so far away. Perfect.

I perfer not to stay on the beach and this was perfect. The only hiccup was the air went out but someone promptly came to fix it.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay overall. we got there a day late, due to weather and flying. We arrived Sat. afternoon, and had a wedding to attend Sat. evening. We were surprised when there was not an iron or ironing board, as it said it had one in the amenities. We called and they said they would bring one to us, but due to a time issue, we borrowed one from a neighbor. They did bring a new iron and ironing board later that day. The only thing we were disappointed in is that our service fees were more than our 3 nights stay, so it made it more than double what we thought it would be. That just doesn't seem right that your service fees end up being more than your stay.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean but the yard was desperately in need of maintenance. Grass was at least 2 feet high. It was brought to the attention of the management company the day after we arrived but was not remedied before we left. Also, staff should be better able to provide proper directions to guests not familiar with the area to get to the house.
